Wendy's — Restaurant in Rolla

Okay service, unclean place in many areas, namely the drinks area and the bathrooms, possibly unsafe food.

Never going back there again, something is up with their hamburger patties, they either have an aftertaste of chemicals/plastic or subtly taste rancid, I went there for lunch today and ordered a double Dave's combo, both times the burgers tasted funny.

The first time It tasted like chemicals so I spit it out, I went to the counter and said it tasted like chemicals and the manager came in and said that it couldn't be detergent like I initially thought because the patties come pre packaged, later after I left I had a eureka moment and I'd say it's probably whatever cheap plastic the packing is, the next replacement burger they gave me still tasted funny, less chemically so and more like it's almost rotten and is just a day or two off from being rancid, the manager probably took it out of a different older pre pack before making it, still didn't help their sorry burgers any.

I had a hard time Wolfin it down before getting in my car to leave.

Drive through was busy which I understood so when the woman taking my order was pushy and rude, I tried to shrug it off. She gave me a total I was not ready for because I wasn’t done ordering and said she’d meet me at the window. when I pulled up to the first window I said I was not allowed to finish my order and I needed a side of gravy with my meal, the boy said OK. I thought that was the end of it, pulled to the next window, and didn’t say anything about the bad service. I just left then had to turn immediately back around because I had no wedges that were supposed to be with my meal, my side of gravy was biscuits and gravy, which explains why I paid three dollars for a bowl of gravy and they gave me no receipt to prove any of this whatsoever. When I pulled back through a different girl handled it for me and she has to be the only person there who actually knew what was going on. This is perhaps one of the best Wendy's locations I have ever visited. The employees are polite and extremely fast at getting your order out. They get a little busy at lunch with the drive through wrapping around and a full parking lot. Even with all the customers during the lunch crowd they are still polite, fast and accurate with your order.

Another cool feature of this location is that they have the Internet connected Coke soda fountain that allows you to create your own custom soda mix!

While everyone that has assisted me at this location has been wonderful, I wanted to mention Ryan who is so polite and takes the time to remember your name. If I could recommend to upper management, you need to find someone like Ryan to have in each of your locations, if for anything, to train others on customer service.
