Extremely disappointed in the location. Used to be a favorite of mine- I went every week. Recently, the service has been absolutely horrible and the portions are not worth it. Tonight (7/25/22) I had the absolute WORST experience.
I was alone with my two 9 month old twins in the car. I ordered CURBSIDE for obvious reasons. When I arrived, I called the store as directed and never spoke to a person. I was on hold for 10 minutes. There was not a large line at all inside. I lugged my twins inside (who cannot walk because 9 months?) and asked about my curbside order. They told me they would make it and bring it to my car. I went back to my car and they brought it out a few minutes later as they said they would. All was fine, mistakes happen, it’s alright. I checked my bowl before I left just to be sure. They did not add my steak or the ranch I asked for. I had to LEAVE MY BABIES IN MY CAR to go in and ask for the steak and ranch that was clearly printed on the receipt on top of the bowl. The lady working said “well we are out of ranch” to which I replied “okay well what about the steak I paid for?”. They took my bowl back behind the counter and gave me a measly scoop of steak and handed it back to me.
I will not be back to this location. I will drive the extra miles to the Cartersville location because I have never had an issue there. I’m really not one to make a scene or leave reviews, but this was ridiculous. Oh and while we’re on it, my mom ordered pick up about 10 minutes before I did and they left out her queso. Read moreWorst experience I’ve ever had here. Slow service, no welcome, actively ignored the line multiple times even though there were workers just standing behind the counter. Worst service came from the cashier who must’ve been some kind of manager- he was sure acting like a task master making the others do his little errands while he stood there and spoke rudely to regular customers. He refused our student discounts that we were gladly given two days ago, he walked away multiple times during my payment transaction, swiftly and rudely answered questions and when my friend asked for a drink cup the cashier just walked away. My friend had to get the drink cup himself! My other friend asked for a spoon cause we were all going to share a bowl of queso, the cashier asked if there weren’t spoons by the drink station (which there were not) and she told him no, he responded with “here’s your stupid spoon”. The service here is always been wonderful and quick but today it was absolute garbage. We’ll all be sure to think twice before returning here for a while. Read moreOk so this was my very first experience with Moe's so what I can say is that to me it's like someone took a taco Bell and a Subway and mix them together to make one restaurant 😂😂😂 but with that being said I have to say whoever had the idea congratulations it worked at least for this location in Rome Georgia because it was my first time I was a little bit confused and lost and the staff all helped me through the ordering process they were very friendly and understanding everyone had smiles and we turned my first time at Moe's and to a memorable one and after the creation of one of the best oversized overstuffed burritos that anyone in history has ever made I sat down at home and watched a movie and tried to devour this monster it was very delicious so I definitely recommend stopping...
