Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in Romulus

Arrived early for our flight - thought let’s get breakfast prior to boarding - after standing out side because the sign said “please wait to be seated” for over 10 minutes- a red haired waitress walked out and kept her back to us. She stood there and talked at length with one of two tables, no acknowledgment of us standing there.

We thought this is RIDICULOUS and walked towards the server, and we asked if we could sit. She stated “Front is blocked off and we could take a seat behind the chairs which were blocking the tables with a view” - like we should know this. After sitting down she came over with menus - I said these are not for breakfast - she said I’m sorry we stop serving breakfast at 9:30. It was 9:34 -

was denied service and could not eat !!! no one was in there , he was extremely rude and said he is not allowing to go orders so then i asked can i sit down he denied me . he said they only had one server but no one was in there . but two people so then well i ask if i had someone order my food and sit down may they order it for me and he said no they have to order a drink in order to sit down. he was very dismissive and rude and i found it funny that i wasn’t able to to sit down just because i am black ethnicity but others are allowed to sit down in eat then he said that if someone sit down at the bar they had to order a drink and could not just order food . it was only 2 people in the restaurant and he denied me service saying it was only one server and the 2 people already had there food . very poor staff and service . ...

I will never step foot inside of an outback steakhouse again we had the most rudest, redheaded unprofessional server that I’ve ever experienced my entire life. We were sitting on the table for at least 25 minutes me and my daughter, waiting for anybody to acknowledge us when I asked if she could take her drink order she loudly from behind the bar yelled that what are you too stupid you couldn’t read the sign out there that says you need to wait to be seated to her, she is a disgrace to your company. She should not be working with public whatsoever. The entire restaurant everybody was waiting. There was a line of at least 20 people waiting to be sat outside of the restaurant they all left and we all came down to Atwater brewery bar , great service here and the food...
