I’ve been a huge Crumbl fan since way before they came to Roseburg. It’d be a must-stop either north in Eugene or when going south towards Medford. Was super excited when they decided to come to town. Their cookies are always top notch, when you can get the ones you are after. It has become the norm for our local Roseburg store to be out of 25-50+% of their 6-7 cookie selection at any given time. It’s to the point where I’ll check the new lineup on Sundays and identify which ones our Crumbl will be perpetually “out of stock” on. Tres leches is as rare to find during its week on the menu as a unicorn. This week the raspberry cheesecake sure looked good but I’ve checked the app at least a dozen times a day for the past 4 days from sun up until sundown and it’s “out of stock”. When I call to inquire, it’s an earful about the various lengthy processes it takes to make each of them. Does Crumbl not take this into consideration? I’m not the one asking for something that isn’t published on their app, social media pages, etc. Crumbl is picking these cookies each week, not us. When your entire job is to bake 6 cookies, it seems like a reasonable ask to have these available maybe at least once a day. I check the Crumbl map and Eugene and Medford aren’t “out of stock” perpetually. Sadly, this business has been Roseburg-ized and is just a weekly disappointment. My wife ordered in advance and when we arrived slightly early the workers told her they were working on the order while four other families who hadn’t preordered were helped ahead of my wife. Due to this my wife was then told that 2 of the cookies we ordered were sold out. The staff took 30 minutes to complete our preorder after the selected time. It was not until my wife spoke up and got frustrated that the staff then started to visibly work on her order. When they completed it they were very rude as though we were inconveniencing them for being patrons of your establishment. This is the absolute rudest customer service we have ever encountered. Read moreEvery time I order online they are out of whatever I ordered once I come to pick it up. Today I did curbside but no one came. Went in and they said someone picked up my order already. Well, wasn’t me! They then make me wait 10 minuets after ordering 40 minuets ago beforehand. Then they gave me the wrong cookie in my 4-pack. I ordered raspberry lemonade and got cake batter blondie. This is the third time in a row this has happened. They also never offer a refund, extra cookie, or anything. They are rude & don’t know how customer service works. If I order a cookie then that’s a paid for cookie it should go in a box and set to the side.
