Carbone's Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in Rosemount

Ordered over the phone for pickup. Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap was good! Cheese burger was mediocre. Arrived to Carbone's to find parking was not readily available and had to kinda make my own spot while I quick ran in. Good thing the neighboring business was closed at this point and I was able to park close to the restaurant door.

It was relatively busy, but there were only one other person waiting in line to pick an order up. The young gal on the phone was taking an order, so myself and the woman ahead of me waited patiently. We waited and waited. The whole time I think every other server in the place walked by us 3 or 4 times. Granted they were fairly busy, but not one of them asked if either of us waiting had been helped yet. In fact I got a couple dirty looks as if I were in the their way. Which, incidentally I was, but blame that on the layout of the kitchen entrance/exit dumped out right at the register. Literally it was 10 minutes before the woman at the register first acknowledged me. Much confusion in the kitchen with food orders and quite a bit of grumbling from the wait staff regarding other patrons' moving tables around or something. Regardless, made a negative impression on me.

I've heard a lot of people say they've had a good experiences with Carbone's in Rosemount so I'll spare them with three stars because of that. My visit, could have been a fluke, but was less...

No photos to share, but want to make sure to take a moment and let everyone know how this place goes above and beyond to help cater to their customers young and old. To keep the story short, our nephew insists on eating pizza in the typical triangle fashion and most people know that the pizza they serve and deliver here is cut in squares. I know this sounds simple, but you would be amazed how others say no. Welp they did it for us and hence earned our business and hopefully yours too. Another plus is the family we were with does the typical pepperoni and cheese pizza most times, which is great, but sometimes you want to venture out and try a new style. Always being out numbered one individual always settled for the the standard....but with us visiting we had the numbers to try a new style and went with the "Chief" and the basic pepperoni and also a Hawaiian style. The pizzas are thin and lots of thick cheese in the middle if thats the style your looking for....but the service moved it to 4 stars....need to work on your delivery times...3 hours is a bit much for a Sunday night. Went to watch the football game and get some food. We left early do to poor service or lack there of.

I'd like to preface my statement by saying I understood it was busy. It is a Sunday during football season... that said we ordered an appetizer(boneless wings) and said we would order meals we just needed a bit more time. Our wings came out. We were given no plates, silverware or napkins and out waitress left immediately after placing the wings on the table. We sat without a way to eat out food until we went and got our own stuff. We ate the wings which were good and proceeded to wait for our waitress to come back. She stopped at the tables around ds us multiple times and left before I had the chance to flag her down. After being there for an hour we started to get ready to go, then the waitress returned and asked if we would like anything else. I just asked for the bill. We payed and left.

We have ordered delivery before and had no issues along with eating in at a few other locations. Unfortunately this was our first experience eating in at our local location and it...
