Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rosemount

Finally... Rosemount has a Domino's! and they've been here for a couple months... in the same shopping center as Rudy's Redeye Grill, Starbucks and Aldi's... tucked by in the corner!

First time experience... Ordered online for carryout (they deliver too!) at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. The order pages are mostly intuitive and simple to use. Took only 5 mins to build my meal and order it. Once submitted I was told how long it would take for my order to be prepared and they also provide a nifty order tracker too.

I'm literally a two minute drive from the store so I waited five minutes and hopped in the truck. Two minutes later i was at the store. Walked in. The staff greeted me immediately with smiles, I gave them my name and before I had paid the man at the register, his co-worker slid my order down the spotless countertop to me. This store is immaculate!!

Now the important part... the pizza!

My order was not a simple one... a large Handtossed crust with extra cheese. Pepperoni, green peppers and onions on the whole pizza and beef, Italian sausage, and black olives only on one half. They currently have an online couple for a whopping 50% off all menu priced pizzas so my large handtossed was only $11.37. An order of Bacon and Jalapeno stuffed cheesy bread and a few dipping sauces brought the total up to twenty bucks and some change. Both the pizza and cheesy bread were prepared perfectly!!!

The Rosemount Domino's has made a fan out of me. I highly recommend this store without hesitation! Glad to finally have a Domino's in...

I spent an hour between the website and the app just trying to get it to take a payment. I called the store and the manager said there was nothing they could do. I finally got it to work and contacted the store to let them know our precise location as I couldn't choose pinpoint delivery. He reviewed the order and said it was a cheese pizza. I corrected him and said it was an alfredo pan pizza with mushroom and extra cheese. He just said "yeah", so I assumed he understood what I said. When I opened it up it was a cheese pizza on original crust with tomato sauce. I called the store back hoping they would replace the pizza I received with the pizza I wanted. I called the store back and got a manager, Lauren, who said she could just give me a store coupon. I said I just wanted a replacement and she claimed she could not do it even after I explained it was a completely different pizza. She even continued to argue with me and said I ordered a cheese pizza when I stated very clearly I ordered mushroom and I even remember choosing the toppings. This has been a horrible experience that has taken up my evening and I won't be ordering...

Okay so I live in cottage grove MN, and I work over here in Rosemount, MN, my order is very simple either medium or small pepperoni hand tossed pretty much every time. The cottage grove location, where I live, messes up my order almost everytime and it boggles my mind… I’ve ordered from the Rosemount location quite a few times now maybe 10 times and I haven’t had a mess up with any of my orders, not one. And honestly it should be that way when your spending money. Every once and a while sure, people aren’t perfect. But when I’m surprised that an order is correct at the cottage grove location? that’s not okay. Anyway I don’t have any names of the employees working tonight, but the date is 2/26/2024 and the manager working tonight was fantastic! And same goes to all the employees! my pizza was perfecto!
