Arby's — Restaurant in Roseville

Arby's has usually always been in my opinion, at the top of the pack for getting your order right, good customer service, and if course great tasting food.

Disappointed tonight though. Run through here and order sandwiches for me and my boy, both in the vehicle. Ask for their free fry offer as the Tigers had 8 runs scored yesterday. As many know, Arby's proudly advertises during the game they will give everyone a free small order of fries when they score 3 or more runs. Well, not tonight. I was immediately snapped that "we only do that if they get 6 runs". Um, they scored 8 yesterday I tell them. So then they come back and say ok but we will only do 1.

I mean come on Arby's. Really? I can't really be mad, I mean free is the imperative word. You don't have to do it. I really don't even care if you do it or not. However to advertise it and then do that? Just not cool. Like really not cool. This whole world sucks any more and congratulations, you are making it even worse....

When I go into any Arby's I always get the roast beef shredded. The sandwiches taste much better that way so does the roast beef. But the last time that I went I ordered those Oreo Donuts. They were very hard they were not warm and they tasted terrible. They were just plain old. I don't know why the young lady didn't look at the item before putting it in the bag since it was in the bag all by itself. If you are supposed to get 6 balls, I got five very small ones, besides tasting old. Thinking of bringing them back still have them I guess I was kind of shocked at what I got I couldn't bring myself to throw him out. I think they should see what they're selling people. But I will never get that again. I will be keeping my distance from Arby's for a little while. Maybe when they start having sales again and they give you a coupon for that particular Oreo item, they...

They're supposed to be open until 1am but them crackheads didn't respond to the drive thru for nobody @ 10:15 pm and all the cars left because they didn't even have the decency to say anything at all. These are the people that want minimum wage to be $15 really? Arby's, you will be losing money with the crew that refuses to service your night eaters. I can't even finish this review because we didn't get a chance to order. You people who didn't serve are thankless idiots and don't deserve to be in the position you're in. In fact I actually hope y'all all run businesses where your employees do your business the same way and cost you you $$$$$$'s at the same time begging for raises. LET SOMEBODY ELSE WORK THAT WANTS TO WORK. I wish I could give a Negative 50 stars for this restaurant. St. Clair Shores Arby's SUCK!!! KICK...
