BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Roseville

Went here yesterday afternoon and had 2 lattes made over ice. To preface this, I go to Biggby all of the time but never had been to this location. I ordered my regular white lightning and my husband got a carmel marvel (with extra syrup). Mine had NO sweetness whatsoever. It tasted like a plain iced coffee. My husband's drink was barely sweet even with the "extra pump". I normally frequent the one at 23 Mile and Van Dyke and they make them great every time. The girl at the window asked my husband "how much tip will you be giving today?" and when he said "sorry, no thank you", she was visibly mad and handed us our drinks super fast and shut the window. I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for the consistently exceptional service I receive at this Biggby Coffee location. Matt and his team’s friendliness and attentiveness create a welcoming and positive atmosphere. I particularly appreciate the patience and care they always show, ensuring I never feel rushed. The quality of their beverages is also outstanding; the White Lightning is always prepared perfectly. Their dedication to customer service makes this my preferred Biggby Coffee location. I used to go here 2-3 times a week when they first opened. I went back to work recently after a long break and cannot go to this location. They average 5-6 minutes per car. I gave them another shot, figured they got slammed with a big order or something causing this delay. Nope, SLOWER today. I left my house at 6:35, and left the bigby not 5 minutes away at 6:55 with no coffee. There were only 4 cars in front of me to start.
