my food was supposed to be ready at 9:00pm, went through drive through to pick up order and there was no customers inside, waited at the window and got my food at 9:50pm. On the way home, realized half of my order was someone else’s order and turned back around to tell them in person. Got in and told them they gave me a shelf order when that order shouldn’t even have been over on the pick up lane, got the other half of my order that was just sitting on the pick up counter and when my family was opening their food, we received half spoon portions and were missing more than 6 different items in our whole order. This location used to be my favorite, now they just hire lazy workers that have poor customer service, terrible time management, lack of cleanliness and NO work ethics period. spent over $100 on my order, ordered at 8:30pm and didn’t receive my full actual order (which had half portions and app didn’t tell us they were out of the 6 items missing due to this locations terrible updates) until 10pm. also, we saw the manager going at it with another customer cause they didn’t get their food till 40 past time promised and was denied their food due to them wanting a refund. last year i would’ve given them 5 stars, and now i don’t even want to get them 1 star. they deserve no stars, i was a customer that came every week and now i will no longer be supporting this location and will make sure my whole family and friends know chipotles values have no longer reached expectations(literally bare minimum) and don’t deserve our support and money. rest in...

I ordered a side of guacamole, which was basically just a couple big chunks of avocado in a cup!! The avocados were hard, not ripe, and not even completely peeled. This was NOT guacamole. I threw it away.
Then last night we placed an order online and pre-paid for it. Our order was supposed to be ready at 8:30pm. We arrived on time and waited in a line of cars. There were two cars in front of us and several cars behind us. Nothing was moving. We waited for 15-20 minutes and could not get in or out with the line of cars. Ends up the hold up was due to a customer who had gone in to the store and MACED an employee in the face!!! This happened right about the time we had pulled up. Cops came, employees were in and out of the store, but no one bothered to let us know the STORE HAD CLOSED (due to the incident) until my husband got out of the car and went in to find out if we could still get the food the we had paid for & was literally sitting on the counter. It was then they told him that the store was closed!!! My husband walked around to the other cars to let them know since no Chipotle employees bothered to inform any of us.

Read moreZero stars in reality. This location is and has been plagued by problems. Frequently tape a paper sign saying staffing shortages have resulted in them closing the dining room. That's fine, I get it. But this causes a problem that they've chosen to correct the worst possible way: app orders now force you to use the Chipotlane which can frequently have HUGE delays as people placing a drive-up order take way more time. Put a shelf in the lobby and let us get the app orders there! This is so lazy. At dinner rush, the Chipotlane can be 10-20 cars long and each order to create entrees can result in a 30-60 minute wait--do the math. If you've ordered a burrito for pickup at 7 and you get there and face a 30 minute wait, how hot will that food be? Do you really think that's the best solution? Refunds through corporate or disputing a charge is a hassle, but at least you get your money back but the fact is now you're sitting 30-60 min behind on a meal. I know, not a real problem, but you offer the app, you offer the food, live up to expectations. The Rosedale and Shoreview restaurants are actually dependable and within a short drive that don't rely on the crew, regardless of whatever is causing their struggles, at Lincoln Drive.
