The cannoli chaser strikes again! What a great little bakery - the cannoli spot on, with so many other choices as well. How about the savory Jalapeño cheddar scone, or ham and cheese pastry. The butterscotch pecan scone is an over-the-top treat. The cookies are huge, bigger than a sandwich. One of the largest pieces of quiche I’ve seen in a long time. And if you’re picky about bread, pudding, you’ll want to put this place on your list. I tried the honey lavender latte, and they have several coffee flavors, both traditional and unique. Since I moved to the Sacramento area 3 months ago, I've been searching for the perfect french-style croissant. Heck, I would have even been happy with a pretty good one. But it's been remarkably hard to anything decent.

The search is over. I just had the perfect almond croissant at Julian's. Flaky, buttery, crisp outside, tender inside, nutty, light yet substantial. There's nothing more to say. This is the pinnacle.

This place is amazing! I have made this a mandatory Saturday tradition. Egg salad sandwich, I love so much with a mocha to go. That’s my go to. Also if you’re in the mood to dine in, that’s a great option too as the place is pristine, the staff are beautiful people with great attitudes. Also, the location is perfect! I work in the area, and break and lunchtime can be a little hectic at some of the bigger chain restaurants. That’s why I choose Julian’s Pastry Nouveau!...
