My wife and I went to see the 7:50pm showing of "Gosnell: America's biggest serial killer." Something very interesting happened. My wife went to the box office early in the day to pre-purchase 4 tickets. They have the movie in a tiny theater that only has 7 seats per row, with 6 rows A-F, plus a couple rows down in front nearest to the screen. When my wife tried to choose four seats together something strange was happening. Seat four on every row was unavailable! In addition, the entire Row A, which is for handicapped seating, was also unavailable. She questioned that this seemed odd and the ticket booth person refused to look at her or acknowledge her confusion/concern. She kept asking why someone would buy 6 single tickets in the exact center of each row...nothing. She then mentioned how odd, but great it was, that the entire handicapped row was sold out, again she was ignored. She preceded to purchase two tickets in row D seats 6 and 7 and the same in row E because that was the only way she could get seats close together for our party. When we arrived later that evening and sat down, a group of four came in our same row (E) and mentioned the same thing, that they could not get four tickets together. They were sold seats 1,2,3, and 5. They thought it was extremely odd and they took seat four anyway. Seat four person never showed up. In fact, seat four ticket holders for rows A-F never showed up! Also, the entire handicapped row stayed vacant. Why were there so many unavailable seats? There was only about a dozen people in the entire theater. Is someone trying to prevent people from seeing this movie? What...

This used to be my favorite theater when it was a family run theater. On our recent visit, we bought popcorn and a soda. There was no butter on the popcorn. When I went back to the counter, I was told there was self-serve butter. After putting the butter on the popcorn, it tasted horrible, like the butter was rancid. I had really been looking forward to some hot buttered popcorn. It was so gross I couldn't eat it. One large soda and popcorn had cost almost $20. Thinking i was being too critical, I looked up reviews for the theater and found that over 30 other people felt the same way. I took the popcorn back to the counter and told the counter person it was inedible. He refunded me $11.75. When I told him there were over 30 other reviews online about their gross popcorn, he said, "We know. We have told the theater company, but it's a corporate chain, and this is the brand they use. They won't change." Sadly, there were four counter workers on a weekend. There was no business and they were standing around talking to each other. If the company is thinking they are saving their employees time to help other customers by offering this self-serve butter, there is no need and they would do better to go back to the old system. Save yourself time, money, andI frustration by ditching this theater for Blue Oaks Theater, where the theater is clean and comfortable, they offer a good variety of films, they have bargain matinees, and the popcorn is hot, buttery, and tasty! Really not up to bar for Regal Cinemas. We go frequently at home and the theaters in Oregon and Washington are nice. Went with some friends to this theater in Roseville CA. We had advance purchase tickets and when we got to the counter they had to call the manager after 5 minutes of playing around with them as they could not figure out how to enter them in the computer. We then went to the counter and got some pop-corn which was way expensive. We get it on the cheap at home using our Regal card. We then proceeded to the restrooms before the show. OMG did the restrooms stink. I thought it was just the mens room, but after I mentioned it to my wife she said the ladies room reeked as well. Then we went in the theater, and noted the room and screen were very small compared to what we are accustomed to. When I sat down the chair was very uncomfortable and leaned back and the bar in front of the front row was way too close to the seats. Then a woman came in and fell and got her legs trapped between the back of the seat in the row in front of her and the flooring to the row she was in. We had to help her out and seems like a real safety issue. Overall this is by far the worst theater I have been in for years and would not go back. With all the choices around I would think Regal would want to do better...
