If you’re down to drive north of Sac and into Roseville, this spot is def worth it!🤞🏽😋 . 📍KTown Korean Bbq, Sushi, and Hot Pot has all you can eat K bbq, sushi, hotpot, dessert, PLUS it’s only a couple doors down from Trader Joes🤞🏽 . It’s only been open for about 9 months, and honestly I’m surprised there isn’t more hype around it. . Im definitely coming back😋 . . . #kbbq #aycesushi #aycekbbq #aycehotpot #ktownkoreanbbqsushiandhotpot #aycekbbqandhotpot #saceats #saceatsgood #rosevillerestaurants #rosevilleeats #localeats #sacfoodie #sacrestaurants #sacramentofoodie #sacramentofood #kbbq #hotpot

Came here for lunch with 2 adults and 2 kids on a Friday around 12noon. Parking was definitely tricky because it’s in a shared complex. The parking spots are also so narrow, so it can get tricky especially if someone parks crooked. When we sat down the server informed us that our “entire” table has to pick the same food option: Option A: You pick 1 of 3 ( Sushi, Hot Pot or Korean BBQ) Option B: (+$5) you have access to all 3 Considering we had a 5 and 7 year old who hardly eat, we asked our server nicely if the kids can get hot pot only, while the 2 adults get Option B. After manager approval, it was approved. ( Lunch/Dinner Adults and Kids are charged differently) If you’re going in for lunch/ dinner it’s definitely worth getting option B. BUT if you want to save $5, and would like to stick to one, DO NOT pick the sushi option. Although the sushi was good, it would not be worth it since it was lacking variety. Not convinced? Ask to take a look at the sushi before hand. I also added a video of what Friday lunch looked like. The way it works is mostly buffet style. The only thing you order from your server is the soup base, drinks and hot pot rolled meat. ( which can be ordered 3 plates per table at a time) At the end of our meal, we used the bathrooms to wash our hands. As busy as it was, the bathrooms were actually pretty clean! Overall it’s worth checking out! Service was great and the place was clean!

Okay, prepare your tastebuds for a symphony of flavor because Ktown Korean BBQ, Sushi, and Hotpot is an absolute culinary masterpiece! From the moment you step inside, the vibrant atmosphere and the tantalizing aroma of sizzling meats and fresh seafood create an electric sense of anticipation. Let's start with the Korean BBQ. The quality of the meats is simply outstanding. Thinly sliced, perfectly marbled, and bursting with flavor, each piece melts in your mouth. The grill-at-your-table experience is not just fun, it's interactive and engaging, making it perfect for groups. And the banchan! Oh, the banchan! An endless array of delectable side dishes, from kimchi that packs a punch to sweet and savory pickled vegetables, each bite is a delightful explosion of taste.

Moving on to the Sushi. Freshness is paramount, and Ktown delivers in spades. The rolls are expertly crafted, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. The fish is pristine, with a buttery texture and a clean, oceanic flavor. The presentation is also top-notch, with each plate a work of art. Whether you're a nigiri purist or a fan of elaborate rolls, you'll find something to adore.

And then, there's the Hotpot. A bubbling cauldron of flavorful broth, brimming with fresh ingredients. You have the freedom to customize your meal, choosing from a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles. The broth itself is a masterpiece, rich and complex, and the perfect canvas for your culinary creations. It's a comforting and communal experience that warms the soul.

But it's not just the food that makes Ktown exceptional. The service is consistently attentive and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely passionate about ensuring you have a memorable dining experience. They anticipate your needs and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

The ambiance is lively and modern, with a buzz of energy that's perfect for a night out with friends or family. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and designed to create a comfortable and enjoyable dining environment.

In short, Ktown Korean BBQ, Sushi, and Hotpot is a culinary trifecta that delivers on all fronts. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves delicious food, exceptional service, and a vibrant atmosphere. Prepare to be wowed! I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Five stars simply don't seem...

oof, i so badly wanted to love this place as we love ramen and korean bbq, but unfortunately this was a miss for us. let's start with the good: SERVICE: everyone was so friendly and attentive (it's what's truly carrying this 3 star rating). checking in for the waitlist was smooth and easy. we got sat shortly after we checked in, and our server was very kind and checked in on us often. AMBIANCE: 10/10, great music played all throughout our dinner, it's so hip, and you can even catch your favorite sports game on the tvs. COST: for $34.99 you can get all you can get korean bbq. for an extra $5.00 you can get, all you can eat korean bbq, sushi, and more! PARKING: tons of parking nearby. there's a huge parking lot out front and one adjacent, so parking is easy to find!

what was a swing and a miss for us: FLAVOR: i was really underwhelmed by the lack of flavor of the food. they have tons of sauce options to incorporate, but i just felt like if you didn't absolutely drench your food in sauce.. it was very bland. i've gone to so many different ramen spots where the broth contains most of the flavor; not here :( CROWDS: wow, it's SO busy and the places to get get your sushi, ramen toppings, etc. is so crammed. i get stepped on twice by two different people (& i'm not a short person). people's trays were getting pushed into me, i just felt very overwhelmed being in the food area. DISHES: everything is served in small dishes, so you're loading food onto a tray (cafeteria lunch style) and accumulating so many dishes. if you're not near a bussing station, your table is completely overloaded with empty dishes till a server comes to grab them. OPTIONS: everyone has to select the same option for food. if someone wants all you can eat, everyone in the group must select that option -- even if one person only wants korean bbq and not ramen. i'm sure it's hard to figure out the check if everyone has a different option, but 2 people in our group only wanted KBBQ and had to lay for the full fee because we wanted all you can eat.

**pro-tip: highly recommend checking the waitlist ahead of time (& joining when you know you'll want to eat) especially on the weekend! saved us so much time.

overall, we sadly won't be back. but it's nice to know this is an option if we decide to give it...

For my birthday, which coincidentally aligns closely with my son's, my wife discovered Ktown Korean BBQ, a gem that truly set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. Accompanied by family, including my dad who journeyed from San Jose (a noteworthy detail given his extensive Korean BBQ experience), our party of eight was promptly seated upon arrival. The restaurant's ambiance struck us immediately – a sleek, modern take on Ktown's vibrant energy, it was evident that no expense was spared in crafting its welcoming, stylish interior.

Our guide for the day, Brenden, was exceptional in acquainting us with the menu's intricacies, including the self-serve buffet and the array of meats available for order. His warmth and efficiency set a positive tone for what was to unfold. Venturing to the buffet's back area, we were astounded by the sheer variety and quality on offer: an array of meats, dumplings, sushi, vegetables, desserts, and more. It was, by far, the most comprehensive selection I've encountered at any Korean BBQ, prompting us to perhaps overly indulge in the initial rounds. Yet, it wasn't just the quantity that impressed us; the food's quality was remarkable.

A chance meeting with Jay, the owner, added a personal touch to our visit. Busy replenishing stocks yet taking the time to engage, his humility and evident pride in his establishment were palpable. He shared his vision of creating a dining experience that eliminated the wait times often associated with Korean BBQ, allowing guests the freedom to enjoy their meals at their own pace. This philosophy, coupled with the buffet's abundance, made a lasting impression.

Celebrating our birthdays, we were treated to a delightful surprise – a chance to spin a wheel that graciously granted both our meals on the house, accompanied by a spirited birthday song from the staff.

I would recommend Ktown as THE BEST Korean bbq place in the Sacramento Area and probably in Northern California too! If you go there ask your waiter if Jay is there and introduce yourself and tell him...
