Grocery Outlet — Local services in Roseville

Overall this is my favorite Grocery Outlet to shop at; I’ve been going here off and on for a few years and it never disappoints. Anytime I’m in Roseville I try to stop in.

They always have very friendly staff working, both the cashiers and the floor workers are always willing to answer a questions, show you where to find a product or go out of their way to get an item for you.

It’s also in a great location, easy to get to and right next to Trader Joe’s, so I’ll often stop here first and then go across the lot to Joe’s to get whatever else I need.

This Grocery Outlet also always has a good selection of products, keeping the regular selection of things I expect to find but also getting in lots of interesting new things to try out.

Another bonus of this store is that it’s always super clean. The floors, aisles and registers always are well maintained, as are the restrooms. Plus the staff keep everything really well organized so it’s easy to find what you’re...

This grocery outlet is my go to store to do my food and groceries shopping needs Today I went to get a door dash order for about 30 items I went and asked a lady for help finding an item and she was not to polite I could see her eyes rolled up. Later on I was not able to locate another item and I went and asked her again

This time she said it’s on isle 7 right side and I am not going to do the shopping for you that’s how this lady told me. Wow so rude.

I went to the cashier to pay and I asked for her name and said she is the owner of that store. Wow again very poor customer service skills. She is lucky to be the owner, I hope that will last forever.

In the meantime I will stop going to that store. She already lost mine and my families shopping.

Being nice to people is not hard specially if they are spending their money at your store.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a dasher or a regular customer We are all the same.

Grocery outlet is my favorite store I’ve shopped there for years I can get many wonderful organic items for a great price. I went into the store today and shop for 45 minutes and then had do use the restroom and come to find out they were closed permanently because of the Chinese flu.I asked for the manager letting her know that this is gone too far and if this is actually inhumane I would normally give the store five stars but I’m only giving it two because of my disappointment and needing to use the restroom it’s not a privilege it’s a right. I was disappointed and felt that this is some sort of power grab a grocery outlet part like many other places are doing in fact it doesn’t even seem constitutional.
