Terrible Experience. Employee refused to wear a mask.
My 80 year old mother in law needed a new phone. Went with her today to this store. She arrived before me with the intention of picking out a phone, and then I would complete the transaction. When I arrived, she was outside, and said that the employee was not wearing a mask, and when she asked him to wear one for her safety, he refused. I went inside and asked that he wear a mask, and again he refused. I told him he just lost this sale, and the other 3 lines of service I was going to transfer over. As we left, he shouted out "Have fun living in fear". I advised him directly with vigorous and colorful language about my thoughts regarding his DEPLORABLE reply, and exited the front door.
After we left the store, and were on our way to the parking lot, he actually exited the store to continue the exchange and postured as if he wanted a physical altercation. Since he was clearly deficient in any actual reasoning and may not have understood the previous exchange, I provided him a visual using my index finger, and then we drove away.
After this we went to another Cricket location, where there was a clearly labeled mask required sign on the door, and each employee was fully masked the entire time.
In closing, specifically to the owner of this store, as you apparently do read these reviews:

That junk Metro by T-Mobile network , has terrible service in many areas. I live 3 blocks from the nicest mall in Nor Cal and yet , after 2 years and numerous complaints , From 100's of people , Tmobile still to this day , has not fixed their junk service problem...
The truth is , that T-Mobile does not care , to fix the problem , Nor do they care 1 bit about you or i... all they care about is money.
I am happy to be a part of the AT&T network and Cricket Wireless...

If you have issues with junk Metro by Tmobile , You should switch to cricket by AT&T, like i did.
I recommend you go talk to Jonathan , at the Cricket Wireless location , In the Harding Plaza , In Roseville California. He will make everything happen and make it smooth and easy and stress free.

We met my 80 year old mother at this location so my husband could help her purchase a new phone and set up a plan. We were also planning to set up 2 other plans for our kids. The owner was not wearing a mask and would not put one on when my mother requested he do so. When my husband arrived and made the same request, the owner again refused. My husband said they would not spend their money there if he didn't wear a mask. He refused. As they were leaving, the owner mocked them for "living in fear." My husband said something back and then he and my mother left the store. Then, the owner followed them out of the store to continue to mock and yell at my husband as they were getting in our vehicle to go to another store. I cannot imagine owning a business during a pandemic and being this combative about people trying to protect themselves while spending money in your establishment. Do not recommend.
