Horrible customer service. I just let the location in Roseville. I walked in before the location was closed to order two bagels. A woman was still sitting and eating her food. An employee was standing at the door waiting to lock it up before it was closing time. I said can I please get two bagels...he said it’s been a rough day and they are closing..I said “ amazing ok well she is still eating?” The employee James who was sweeping said well my till is closed so I don’t know what to tell you”. The other employee said I will get your food don’t worry about him he is always like that. So I ask for the lox bagel which entails no cooking..the employee James throws his broom down and says “ this is fuc@$!* great” I say to the man helping me, did he first say that? That’s when I said you know what I am good what is that guys name? The man who cursed said “ I don’t feel comfortable telling you my name” I said you work here and have no name tag on what is your name? Finally I get his name and I am told that he is always like this...
Umm y’all need better staff because this is bad for business. Never in a million years have I been treated like that at a business in that shopping center. And yes you have to give your name that’s why it’s customer service...you serve customers.
We get a large box of bagels and coffee here weekly for our meetings. That will no longer be our...
Read moreWe ordered them through Door Dash at 8:15 am. Our DoorDash driver has been sitting at the store for 30 minutes and it is currently 950 and they claim that they are just now seeing our order which I struggle to believe. As one who has been in the service industry I understand how our systems typically work and also know that you should not accept orders if you are unable to fulfill them in the time that is expected. They are unresponsive to their phones and with the tight schedule that we are running on are meeting our DoorDash driver at a gas station (awesome service btw). Overall I have no doubt their food is good, but it’s bagels. It should not take an hour and a half to for two bagels with cream cheese that’s 10 minutes away from our house. Also a fault of mine for expecting a service in the time they provided. Will drive there next time.
edit We drove there ourselves to pick up the food. Food is ice cold and they messed up our order... We ordered a plain bagel and got a whole breakfast Sandwich. I could not afford the time to wait in a second line to correct it. They were fully staffed but had zero sense of urgency which is surprising seeing the line. Overall I would avoid this location and maybe check out a location about 20 minutes away or go elsewhere. This was about a 20...
Read moreWhile I love the food from Noah’s, the customer service is completely lacking. I order ahead on the mobile app and it gives a 20 minute estimated ready time. When I arrive to the store 25 minutes later, my order is not made and has a sticker that’s says, “please see cashier” (because they are out of a specific bagel). So I then have to wait in the line (the exact reason I ordered ahead- to avoid the line) and then have to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready. It should not take 45 minutes on a Saturday morning for me to get 2 breakfast sandwiches.
I understand being out of popular items, but you should then have a default backup bagel that you use instead of making your mobile order guests wait in line to REorder their food! It would be fine if this was a one time experience- but it’s been the same my last 4 visits no matter weekday or weekend. Not to mention the majority of the staff there seem highly annoyed and inconvenienced when you approach them (another reason I order ahead- to avoid interaction with them).
Such a bummer cause the food is good but the experience makes it...
