Starbucks — Restaurant in Roseville

I placed a mobile order while on my lunch break. Upon arrival, I noticed my drink had several white chucky bits. I asked Sofia (with pink hair) who made my drink, what is it and she tells me it's the oatmilk. It always has chucky bits in it. I said, no that means the milk is bad, she tells me no thats how it is. Going back and forth with me, I tell her to just make it with soy milk, she says well its going to be the same. When she finished the drink, she didn't tell me it was ready. She just put it on the counter for me to see and pick up. After looking at the drink, no white chunks and I told her there were none, she just says oh different milks. What?! That's all you have to say for something regarding my order. I order the same exact drink every day and never encountered white chunky pieces in my drinks. Even if she was having a bad day, don't take it out on me and be apologetic when something is wrong. I went in today to get the first Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. First we had to wait for over five minutes before we were even acknowledged. There were two females who were working and a third was doing trash at the same time. After being acknowledged I placed my order asking for an extra pump of vanilla and ordered two sandwiches. The young lady who made my drink finished while I was watching her. She didn't put whip cream on the drink but did caramel drizzle. She then added a tiny amount of whip cream over the caramel drizzle. I then mentioned it was a salted caramel hot chocolate. She then opened up a pack of sugar and poured it over the drink. I know it's supposed to be a salt from a shaker. I questioned one of the other workers who said it was right. I threw away my drink on the way out the door because it was not made right. I didn't ask for it to be remade since none of the workers seemed to care. Don't waste your time or money at...

After an hour long wait, I got a slightly colder than room temperature drink. It was super busy, and I think they forgot to steam the milk, which resulted in a pretty gross mocha. I would have gone back, but I didn't want to force other customers in the queue to wait longer.

They either don't have the staff, or didn't anticipate such a busy afternoon... I feel like I've seen other branches fly through the same number of orders with half the employees, but I could be mistaken. Honestly though, a Saturday afternoon in winter? I feel like they ought to have planned enough coverage to run both registers.

They were also out of peppermint flavoring, but as it's just passed Christmas, that's understandable.

I drank about half the cup before tossing it. I've felt sick ever since, but I suppose that's more my fault for attempting...
