One Zo — Restaurant in Roseville

Ordered one of their boba teas with their boba pearls… and please for the love of all things healthy and sanitary , do not go to this place!!!

I read some other comments how other people’s drinks made them sick or have GI problems… I should’ve listened .

I didn’t drink it until I was driving on my way home. I took a sip of my drink and noticed the boba pearls were not fresh at all. And to make things worse, I took a few sips to make sure I wasn’t tripping, and I absolutely gagged when I realized that not only were the boba petals not fresh but they were so bad and overdue! It tasted like it was left in the fridge overnight possibly and the boba petals started going bad but they still served it! The whole drink was SPOILED!!!

I really wanted to like this place but when a boba place is not providing quality service or quality drinks, especially when it’s something that can make you sick, it is very disgusting and...

First time I went I got the taro smoothie and I really enjoyed it. It was a deep purple color and it was really flavorful, customer service wasn't great but I let that stuff slide most of the time.

Second visit today was not great.

Was looking forward to the taro smoothie again, the girl at the register was friendly enough but the taro smoothie was horrible this time. Light purple with little to no flavor and icy. I came back and explained I wasn't happy, the man behind the counter lacked any care or customer service at all, acted like I was bothering him and irritating. I don't care because I'm not paying for something I don't like. Remade it, I thanked him and left, with no acknowledgement from him.

I returned moments later after tasting the same bland drink and asked for my money back, again, no customer service no apology, no care. I won't be back and I will tell friends to stay...

The 2 girls that were there during out visit weren't very polite at all. The one at the register was looking at her phone and barely acknowledged us when we walked up. The other one didn't say anything at all and I dislike the look she had on her face when she looked two other friends in our group up and down. Me and one other friend were originally going to order, but decided not to after seeing the kind of reception we got. The friend that did order got a thai tea. I asked for a sip just to see and we both agreed it was overly sweet and didn't have as strong of a flavor as other places. Overall, a disappointing experience and will be sticking...
