I felt like giving McDonald's a try even though I know their service is awful and their food is worse. I hadn't been to one in years. What a mistake. The service at the register was embarrassing. No thank-you at the close of the transaction; just silence. I've noticed that's what's happening in fast-food now. The receipt just prints out and I guess that is your cue to go away. Bad enough. Then I waited for my simple order. The drive-thru AND the restaurant inside were both empty when I ordered. I waited for about 10 minutes, wondering how hard it could possibly be to put chicken nuggets on a tray. After 18 minutes, I had had enough. I moved to the ordering queue, where about three other customers ordered and then left with their food. I set my drink and receipt on the counter, waiting to be served. Another few minutes later, a gentleman walked in behind me. Finally, an older female worker lazily walked to the register, where she proceeded to ask "how can I help you?" TO THE GUY WHO WALKED UP BEHIND ME! I couldn't believe it, and immediately demanded a refund. The level of rudeness in the service really irked me. When I asked for a refund is when the worker finally seemed to realize that there was an angered customer in front of her. She surprisingly apologized and I was on my way out. When I checked to make sure I had been reimbursed for a meal I never received, my transaction history showed no sign of my refund. Just the full charge for a meal, which I plan on getting back. I would NEVER return to McDonald's, anywhere, anytime. This corporation doesn't care about its customers, and it has gotten lost in the competition of better service at other restaurants. Read moreThere was 2 customer s (including myself) inside the restaurant and at least 7-10 employees, we waited over 10min just to have someone take an order, then another 20min to receive our food, yet the drive thru was moving steady and watching the timers that customers. Could visibly see people were waiting less than 5min from the time they ordered until they received their food. Many employees were just standing around and paying 0 attention and playing on their phones or eating fries right out of the fry holder with their bare hands... Ya know covid-19 is still a thing right?? When we finally got someone's attention (happened to be a mgr on duty) he quickly grabbed our food (which I assume was probably sitting there for over 10min and then threw the bags down and went back on his cell phone .. the guy behind me didn't even get his drink and was yelling to at least get a cup after we got our food, no one would listen and yet they were not fair away, so I reached and grabbed one myself for him... This place should be ASHAMED of how they treat inside customers. By the time I walked back up to my work (in the plaza right above it) my lunch break was way over, and NONE of my food was even remotely correct. But calling that place I felt like would've been a waste of time so I threw it away and ordered Chipotle and got fresh fast good food... And to think fast food workers want $15/hr and yet I could've went to a sit down restaurant and gotten food quicker and correct and had a better customer experience. Read morePercilla Foster definitely needs to try coming through her own drive-thru in the back of a friend's car to experience the wait time it takes to go through the drive-thru. Fast food is no longer fast. Not even close. There's a lot of work that needs done on the way this place runs. It's Wednesday the 4th I'm still sitting in line ever since me and my kid and girl try to go into the lobby and it was locked at 7:50 p.m. meanwhile the time is not up on the window and all you can see is employees jumping and playing around up front in the lobby. I talk to an employee that's been there for some time now that I finally got to the window. I asked her if Priscilla Foster the owner actually comes by and from what the employee told me they have only seen the owner three times in the past year. So the owner wants a business to run itself and sit back and just collect the money? And to think if she just went there and got the place running smooth she would be making so much more money and customers would be way. But either way this McDonald's is still just a little bit better then the other ghetto McDonald's down the road.
