I am a consistent customer and I share how good the food is there with many other people! But delivery is awful to say the least!! An 1 hour and 10 minutes is a long delivery time..but for good food, I will wait and PAY! Waited close to 2 hours for delivery and after checking in twice did it finally come, cold! I was disconnected when I tried to complain about delivery! Was in there 3 days ago with another customer, told that customer it was the best pizza in the north hills area and told him about the 2 slice and drink for a great price was totally worth it!! I rave about this place...I am told when delivery is so late is...what can I do for you, what do you want, we are short staffed, what do you want from us....OMG! I was told a time, then told another time and it was still well after that time! If you are short staffed and can't commit to a delivery time for an additional hour...don't give a time! Just say, I'm not sure when it will come, or we will try our best to get it there. 5:55 pm order time came at 7:45. Or say, can you come get it? This happens repeatedly with this place! When I said to my husband lets order pizza, he said hurry up and order so it can be here by 8pm! I just looked at him...he said they never deliver on time!! SAD! I give 4 stars for the food, 0 stars for...
Read moreI know this is "mall pizza" and people hate on it, but let me tell you from someone that lived in NYC for a few years and ate quite a bit of pizza there, if you're hongree for a thin crust Brooklyn slice, this is the pizza for you. Trust me. They just cut the slices smaller. The crust is absolutely amazing. The texture is out of this world- the kind you have to work to chew... it's thin but gives your jaw a good workout. The sauce and cheese are perfect. We get a simple pepperoni, but they have many other toppings and styles of pizza like white and Sicilian. The obligatory crushed red pepper/Parm cheese/garlic powder shakers are on the table. The owner's a really cool lady that plays some really good jazz on the radio and she and her husband make a hell of a pizza. The other kids working there are really lovely. They have other foods, soup of the day, salad, etc. their pizza is on the expensive side but worth it. The atmosphere is just simple booths with Italian/pizza art, big booths and a few tables. I stopped going to my old pizza joint since I discovered them and honestly, I kind of feel bad about it because they were really nice people and had good pizza...this pizza is just...
Read moreI regularly have ordered here for at least 7 years (at least once a month if not 3-4) and used to tell everyone to try it. Pre tip 10$ as usual on a 35$ order. It shows up missing 2 liter of root beer, I ask about it and driver clearly forgot goes and checks his phone I am guessing for receipt to double check then proceeds to hand me a bottle that he very clearly has a back up because it is actually very warm to the touch and was told “sorry we just put them in the fridge its warm back at the shop” I use a laser thermometer to see how warm out of curiosity and it was 97.8 10 minutes later. I called store to complain and was simply told we will handle it when he gets back. Not even the minimum of I will refund your cost of the 2 liter. Almost didn’t write this review till I got to eat the food it was terrible Italian calzone was soaked in insanely garlic flavored oil and steak hoagie was just poor quality. No issue writing review now I will NEVER order again too many good local pizza spots in the...
