I was so glad to see that bus 12 takes me directly here. (I hope it still does with the bus system revamp). I was also glad to find a French pastry shop. Nothing more I love in the world than French pastries. This was my first time at a Paris Baugette and wanted to try everything, but I decided on Chausson aux pommes with a tiramisu tart and 4 cheese quiche with an iced decaf mocha. The mocha was really, really good. I loved everything. I also took a slice of Ganache cream cake to go with a macaron on top as well as some of the Mr. BEAR chocolate bear shaped Madeleine cookies. My french name in highschool french class was Madeleine so i love eating madeleine cookies. They were really cute. I also took home their strawberry soft cheesecake bread. I knew I wouldn't be back for awhile so I wanted to stock up. I'm really glad it's not within walking distance or I would be the fatest person in the universe. I hope it remains within bus distance. I went really early on a saturday. It wasnt packed when i went in, but it got packed really quick as the day went on. The only arbitrary negative I experienced was the loud music which I think is controlled by the shopping plaza itself. I sat in the eating area right outside the cafe, but still inside. Just a little too early and loud for Billy Idols white wedding. I would much prefer Debussy Clair de lune to contribute to the french vibe. That's the only reason I gave the atmosphere 4...

I have a deep appreciation for Korean food and pastries. My initial visits to this bakery were promising; the pastries were fresh, especially in the mornings. They will heat up sandwiches if you ask. However, I’ve noticed that after 2 PM, the selection is often quite limited, with only a few items left.

What concerns me more is the lack of hygiene practices among the staff, as they don’t wear mouth coverings or hair nets. After my most recent visit, I don’t think I’ll be returning. The experience was incredibly frustrating. The cashiers seem poorly trained; my orders have frequently been entered incorrectly or not at all.

On this particular visit, I attempted to redeem a free pastry through the app. The cashier made the process unnecessarily complicated, first insisting on a “one coupon per transaction” policy, then confusingly stating it was “one coupon per day per family.” This inconsistency was baffling.

After leaving, I felt compelled to speak with a manager about my experience. So I called, the same cashier answered. When I asked to speak to a manager, he casually mentioned he was “on a different call” before revealing he was “actually the manager himself”. Which I know is not correct at all. This lack of professionalism is alarming.

Overall, the customer service here leaves much to be desired, suggesting a significant gap in training and knowledge. Be careful and see that they’re entering the...

I am unsure where to begin with my experience at this bakery. As a Korean bakery, it fell short of my expectations based on my visits to Korea. Unfortunately, I found that the quality of the bread to be disappointing; it was excessively oily, and the prices were unreasonably high. Additionally, the cleanliness of the tablets left much to be desired, and the staff's demeanor was less than friendly. Yesterday during my visit, I noticed that many items are out of stock, despite the store not being particularly busy. This raises questions about inventory management and availability.

Moreover, I observed a situation that reflect poorly on customer service. While checking out, I saw a women return a bread item, which made me question the store's policy on returning items. There was no signage indicating that once an item is picked up, it cannot be retuned back to the counter (untouched). However, when I attempted to return an item I no longer wanted due to the high prices, the male employee informed me that I could not do so, which seemed inconsistent with the experience of the customer before me.

I believe that there is significant room for improvement in both service and operational policies. Consistency and fairness in customer interactions are critical, and it would be beneficial for the staff to receive proper training to enhance the overall experience...

This visit was my first experience with Paris Baguette and I really enjoyed it. The location is bright and welcoming. The staff were friendly. There are self-serve bakery cabinets with a plethora of divine treats. They look very decadent but I will say, what I tried was not overly sweet. Items looked much sweeter than they actually were. I found this to be a pleasant surprise and very enjoyable. Paris Baguette also has prepared sandwiches (some which can be heated), salads and Lavazza coffee drinks. And they have a cake counter they can assist you with. I had a caramel macchiato, a jumbo twisted donut (which was airy, crispy and tasted like cinnamon), and I shared a chicken pesto baguette (which was light, fresh and flavorful). My son tried the salted butter twist roll, which he really enjoyed. And my Mom had a fruit danish that she liked. I will definitely be visiting here again. There are many other menu items I'd like to try.
