LOVE PIADA!! Amazing authentic Italian fast food with a friendly staff! Limited yet customizable menu items. Piadas (basically Italian burritos) rival the massive girth & weight of chipotle but with much better quality ingredients that are flavorful & filling. Pasta and salad are solid typical offerings or Build Your Own. The diversity of the sauces and dressings offers variety even if you have a “usual” choice. The Italian sodas are a nice change of pace from regular pop. PRO-TIP: mix the berry with the Sierra Mist for a refreshing fizzy combo.

Employees are always friendly! I’ve been a somewhat regular customer for a few months now and I have gotten to know some of the chefs and cooks. Everybody has an off day now and again like the rest of us but I’ve never had any negative experience with any employee. Love when I see Chef James, Sam, or Ian on the line because I know that food is going to be perfect! Those guys have a passion for making great food and genuinely care about the customer experience from start to finish. Some of the former employees were uninspired and uncaring about the responsibility of making meals for the public which sometimes resulted in a poorly made meal with no balance or carelessly combined items. However, with James, Sam, Ian, Jason, Mark... you can taste the love of cooking in each perfectly portioned bite. Keep up the great work - the new staff hired seems promising as well! Love this team!

The only reason Piada is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because of two reasons... #1 - Price! If you’re not careful with the premium items, your meal for one can be close to $20! The one time my salad, dessert, and drink was $18 and some odd change. PRO-TIP: Use the paper menus so you are aware of all of your choices & the premium up charges.

#2 - WHY WOULD YOU TAKE THE CANNOLI CHIPS OFF OF THE MENU!?!? I didn’t get them at one visit, reasoning that I’d get them next time and there wasn’t a next time! I was CRUSHED!!! Don’t get me wrong - the cookies are bomb with huge chocolate chips... but cannoli chips they are not! BRING THEM BACK! I’ll give you 5 stars if they do!

Overall - excellent experiences all around with fantastic food, stellar service, and convenient clean location. Keep up...

The first employee at the counter greeted us with a head nod and “whatchu want”, not a hello or other pleasant greeting. The next employee didn’t say a work and just looked at us while prepping food. The lady at the counter read our total due aloud and no other conversation was had. It seemed as if we were a bother to be there.

Instead of asking to customize the chef’s favorite piada and power bowl that we ordered, they quickly slapped the meal together and rushed us to the register. I wasn’t even able to add the protein that I desired to the piada.

On top of it, they charged me for the protein which I did not notice until we got home and opened the bag.

Also, the power bowl was filled with horrible looking broccoli that was clearly burnt and served anyway. This was our first time at a Piada and what seemed like a great business model, left a very sour taste...

Quick, budget friendly meals! I’ve been to Piada a few times between Dallas, Shadyside, and now McKnight. The experiences have all been incredibly consistent. Wraps, salads, grain bowls, past, and the like. Everything here is simple, no frills Italian/Mediterranean food. This location offers a small outside patio area along with plenty of tables inside. I usually order the Power Bowl and add avocado, but I’ve also tried their Piadas (wraps) as well as pastas. They give you the option to either build your own or customize each meal. Im genuinely confused by the curb side pickup signs. They’re facing the store so cars pulling into those spots don’t actually know what they’re reserved for.

Fresh, Nutrient dense and delicious! There are so many options to build a piada, salad, or pasta. Some people even put pasta on a piada 😯. I prefer the piada with chicken, cheeses, and lots of veggies! I love the pickled onions!! The greens and avocado are always good! The various sauces and dressings are amazing 😍 I am hungry just thinking about it 💞 i often do the order online and grab and go option. I love choosing what i want from the categories to build my piada from the online menu. I would suggest taking a look at the menu ahead of time if you get the chance, as there are just a lot of options! A great option for quick satisfying food in the North Hills!
