Wow. For a location that is often spoken pretty highly about within this area, I was not at all impressed today. Having been a former restaurant manager, I was really taken back by the entire experience today. At one point, I noticed a girl come in to pick up an order and she literally stood right in front of the counter, beside the door dash sign, kindly and patiently waiting her turn to speak with someone, yet it seemed as no one had the time to help her... including the worker standing right in front of her on the other side of the counter. Originally, I found it interesting how the gal on the customer side was handling herself, but within seconds, I was rather taken back by the behavior of the gal standing on the employee side. She never once looked up to address the girl standing there and waiting so professionally, never let her know she at least saw her and would be with her in just a moment... nothing - not one bit of customer service or guest relations. (For the manager reading this - this happened between 4:00 and 4:15pm today - 02/07/2020 / I do have an excellent description of the employee involved but I'm going to give her a buy on this one...). Yes, we realize it was a big day for "to-go" orders and most notably, wing orders, but I was really surprised to find them so unorganized and seemingly, unprepared. Literally, every person that came in the door had no idea where to check in - some were picking up personal orders, others were picking up delivery orders, and still some were trying to order and grab something to go for themselves. It was absolute chaos and I can't begin to tell you how many people stood there for easily 15 minutes each without ever being checked on, addressed , or given any type of acknowledgement that the employees knew they were there, they had just walked in the door, what was the name on the order, etc. If the store had been trying to feed people in house on top of this, I could see it possibly being a little more cause for some grace and mercy, but not when literally every order coming through those doors today was a to-go / pick up order of some sort. Extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and very unprepared. As a former restaurant manager, this makes me wonder what the back of the kitchen looks like... Probably won't be back - at least...
Read moreI went in Aug of 2020 and ordered a large catfish steak and Mixed large perch and Catfish dinner and i live about 10 miles from the restaurant. After getting home i discovered in my my order i had a large catfish horse shoe meal .Both meals weren't good at all while trying to eat the Meal my sister got sick and i told her mines didnt taste right. I immediately called the establishment and told them what happened they told me they were sorry and what happened and i come back.Well it was late in the evening i said no. But whenever i was in the area again they took my name and number and my order that cost a Total of 37.00. I stopped in a couple of days later No one knew of the situation. They claimed they called a manager and she wasnt available. i called her back the next day. She informed me that nothing could be done about the meal with out having the meal. HER NAME IS KATHY. Im very disapleased with there customer service and there food. i have vissited a many of franchise restaurants and never received this run around pertaining to be dissatisfied with my food. I wasnt to Happy with this Restaurant in the first place. I was in that area and decided to patronize them ....

Read moreI am so disappointed in this sharks they gave me four chicken tenders for a large chicken tender. I paid ten dollars for four chicken tenders. So I get back to work thinking I have 6 tenders right nope. I opened my box to four little tenders. I called the place and asked how many come in a the large Kathy told me four? And a small comes with 3. So I called the Sharks in boardway near my house they said a large comes with 7pieces and a small with 5 pieces. I called back and they told me that this is the way they serve there's and all sharks are owned by different ppl 😡 ok but who is giving out four tenders for a large is beyond me. So I say to George the owner you lost me as a customer for real and if this keeps up I'm sure positive you will not have regulars. Oh and when I was leaving another customer walked and and left right back out because they don't have buffalo wings who does that. This sharks sucks. Nothing like the ones in the city of Chicago my home town or the one on boardway on 38th they the best. I just travel from work now on to 38th. I repeat do not go to...
