Appliances 4 Less — Local services in Ross Township

I popped in last night looking for a washer and dryer set. I was asked if i wanted gas or electric. I was told there wasnt any gas. Low and behold, there was one. Then when I saw the dark gray LG set up front, i said I could go electric. I was then questioned about me stating gas first. I advised the salesman. who blatantly acted like he didnt want my business, that my home has a hook up for either or but I prefer gas. Then I was questioned AGAIN about having a 220 outlet!! I then noticed that the dryer has a very (i mean very) scratched up top surface like it had been used. I was told it was not used. I then pulled out the lint filter for the dryer… it was dirty!! You could tell it had been used becuz there was still residue in the screen and nooks and crannies… the man had the gall to lie to my face and claim it was brand new!! Do not shop here!! They treat you like your dumb and your first rodeo as well as no interest in...

Nelly was our salesperson and she was awesome while trying to sell us. However, when there was confusion regarding our delivery, she became combative and very unprofessional over the phone. I noticed her being the same way with a customer questioning his payment over the phone, while we were there shopping. Sometimes what may be clear to the salesperson does not make sense to the customer because we don't do it everyday(the burden is on the sales rep. to make everything perfectly clear). That's when customer service and professionalism comes into play. The way you handle conflict and communicate with your customer means EVERYTHING! Nelly, please take heed to my advice, as I am someone with over 25 years of retail, sales and management experience.
