Upon entering Arby’s in Roswell, NM, one is immediately greeted by the welcoming aroma of freshly prepared meals, setting the stage for a promising dining experience. The ambiance strikes a comfortable balance between casual and inviting, with an interior decor that pays homage to Arby’s classic branding. The cleanliness of the establishment is commendable, with well-maintained dining areas and restrooms. The service at this Arby’s location is noteworthy. Staff members are friendly and efficient, ensuring that orders are taken promptly and served with a smile. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. Moving on to the food quality, Arby’s lives up to its reputation for offering a tasty selection of sandwiches. The meats are tender and flavorful, and the buns are fresh and soft. The variety of the menu ensures that there’s something for everyone, from their classic roast beef sandwiches to their Market Fresh line. The presentation of the food is standard for a fast-food establishment, but it’s the taste that truly stands out. Portion sizes are generous, providing good value for the price. However, like any restaurant, there are areas where Arby’s in Roswell could improve. While the food is generally good, some may find it slightly lacking in healthier options. Additionally, during peak hours, the wait time can be a bit longer than desired, although this is often a sign of the restaurant’s popularity. In conclusion, Arby’s in Roswell, NM, offers a solid fast-food experience with its friendly service, clean environment, and delicious food. While there’s room for a broader range of options and improved wait times during busy periods, these are minor points in an otherwise positive experience. I would recommend this Arby’s to anyone passing through Roswell looking for a quick and satisfying meal. Read moreThe rudest Manager I have ever encountered! I get home and realize I got a regular roast beef instead of the half pound. So I call up there and politely ask if I paid the amount for large or small since I didn't get a recept. The lady told me I was charged for the large and to come back to get the correct sandwich. I go back, just so happens the manager is now working the window. I POLITELY tell her I just called the store and explained what happened. I was told to come back to get the correct order. This old lady was immediately extremely SUPER RUDE!!! She kept interrupting me with the worst attitude, and told me I called the wrong store, which Roswell only has ONE Arby's!!! I had the conversation time and log on my phone with the stores number. She told me she was the only women working there, so I couldn't have talked to anyone. She finally turns around and say's " Jessie did you talk to this girl on the phone" (after being rude as hell and arguing with me) then immediately says, "make her a half point roast beef sanwhich as fast as you can". Does not apologize about her behavior, or even messing up my order. I felt extremely disrespected, even though I had no problem driving all the way back to get my correct order I paid for in the first place, and even they messed up. This lady has zero business being in customer service let alone a manager position. Never going back ,and absolutely...
