So disappointed in my interactions today with BR. No bubblegum ice cream. Ok no problem but was then told it was the lazy night shifts fault. They were too lazy to bring it out. Another employee spoke up and said it is standard it’s always supposed to be stocked. And the first employee replied… Tell her we sold out of it!!! We are supposed to have it in the case. Lastly, I asked for a taste of another ice cream since bubblegum was unavailable. After using the taster I placed the tasting spoon in the cup on the counter. Only to be told “those are tasting spoons I just contaminated”. I apologized immediately and mentioned that in Albuquerque… The cup is available for your tasting spoons. She pointed across the room and said at this location they use the trashcan. The challenging part is… Why would I ever grab a tasting spoon when I can’t reach down and retrieve the ice cream. It just didn’t make sense. The final piece that got my goat… Is she commented “at least they weren’t as many clean spoons in the cup as there were with the last customer”. Rude staff of two onsite….barking, rolling eyes and attitude. Not up to standard. Trying to relive an old memory… Gone bad. Grin! I love Baskin Robbins in other locations but probably wouldn’t visit this location again. Management needs to...
Read moreIf you want to make a Baskin Robbins employee mad just order a few of the hand packed quarts of ice cream! Apparently the ice cream is really hard for them to scoop out and they hate doing it. ( literally their job) I ordered 3, but because of a miscommunication the girl at the register charged me for 4. Not a problem for me. The girl that was scooping the ice cream to fill them was mad and was complaining to 2 other coworkers about how much I ordered. (I heard her from across the room) She had already been rude to me on an earlier interaction so I called her out on it. She got so mad that she quit, supposedly. She blamed me! All I did was pay for a service that she was paid to do! Unbelievable! I wish I had gotten her name. I hope she really did quit because she doesn’t belong in the service industry with...
Read moreThe two young ladies were doing a wonderful job. I would like to apologize to them if I upset them in any way by confronting their rude customer. I would not stand by while the rude, entitled woman on her phone berated one of the employees because she didn't like the coffee she was served. It was important enough to her to reduce the young woman to tears, but not enough to get off her phone and engage with them like human beings. I hope she was the last horrible customer you had today, and I hope you all realize that you do not have to take abuse from...
