Dunkin' — Restaurant in Roswell

Stopped in here with my teen daughter to pick up some donuts. We took a couple minutes to figure out what we wanted and went to ask an employee to place our order. They were not friendly and told us that we had to use the kiosk, fine I’ve used them at many places. Here comes the problem, on the kiosk the donut flavors that were in the case that we wanted were NOT on the kiosk at all. We looked under every category. And I wasn’t even looking for something crazy, simple chocolate frosted donuts. They simply didn’t exist on the menu. When I tried to ask an employee again for help I was told just use the kiosk, they didn’t care that what I wanted was not in there. I wasn’t even looking not the only person to leave in frustration- another lady who came in behind me did as well. So we ended up at a different boutique donut shop. So disappointed in our experience this morning. The lady taking our order was annoyed that we wanted to pick what 6 donuts we wanted for our 6- pack, she suggested it was just a variety pack of their choosing. Does Dunkin no longer let you choose the donuts you want for your 6-pack? And the donuts we got were Not fresh at all. There is no way they were made that morning. The glaze on my husband’s was all melted away, and they tried to tell my husband the chocolate cake was a chocolate glaze. They honestly were so gross I didn’t even eat mine and my husband is going else where to get us more. Last 2 times we’ve gone has been disappointing. Not sure if and when we plan to give them...

I usually love this Dunkin’ because their morning staff makes very good quality drinks! However, an interaction I had with one of the night employees completely soured my opinion of this place. I tried to order at the drive thru, but sat there with no response for 5 mins. Eventually, I went inside to try and order and the one guy in there said they were closed. Even though the store sign/google said they weren’t closed for the next 40 mins. Everything in the store had been put away and the guy was on his phone and had AirPods in. He was rude and not doing his job. I implore Dunkin management to question how their stores are...
