This is an excellent place to grab a quick and affordable bite, and overall, I’d give them 5 stars for the experience they provide. While the food quality might not always blow you away, the other aspects of their service and atmosphere truly stand out.
Starting with the food, It’s simple and exactly what you’d expect from a value-driven pizza chain. The hot-and-ready pizzas are always convenient, and their crazy bread is a personal favorite—soft, garlicky, and delicious. However, there have been times when the pizza wasn’t as fresh or flavorful as I’d hoped. That said, for the price point, it’s hard to beat what they offer. If you’re looking for gourmet pizza, this isn’t the place, but if you want a quick, satisfying meal, they deliver just that. The staff at my local location are always friendly, efficient, and attentive. Even during busy hours, they handle everything with a smile and make sure you’re taken care of quickly. Whether it’s a special order or just grabbing a pizza from the hot-and-ready station, they keep things running smoothly and ensure a pleasant experience for customers. They’re also great at accommodating special requests and keeping the store clean and welcoming. While it’s not a place you’d go for a sit-down meal, the store is always tidy, well-lit, and organized. It’s great for a quick in-and-out experience, and you always feel like they prioritize cleanliness and efficiency.
Overall, Little Caesars offers incredible value and a consistent experience. If you’re in the mood for a budget-friendly pizza option and want to be treated well, it’s a fantastic choice. The food might not be perfect every time, but the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere more than make up for it. Highly recommend stopping by for a quick and...
Read moreUnfortunately, on three occasions, this location has really poor customer service.
First experience, I walk up to the counter, prepared to order. The woman working there walks up to the counter, walks back without acknowledgement. So, I wait. She comes back and says "we're not taking any orders" and walks back again. No greeting or anything. It was 2pm. When I asked if she meant for the rest of the day or like an hour, she said she didn't know. So, I left, annoyed, but, brushing it off as she's having a rough day.
Second experience, my nephew loves crazy bread. I mobile ordered a couple orders of crazy bread and a pizza. After about 30 minutes, I get a call back and a woman on the other line says they can't make it right now, call back in 3 hours. This was at noon. Again, maybe they were busy, so I canceled the whole order.
Third experience (picture) I mobile ordered a deep dish and 2 orders of bread sticks with sauce. I received two mini/small oval/circle looking regular pizzas instead of deep dish and no sauce for the crazy bread.
After the third time, I do not think it's a one-off issue, but instead a poorly managed and poorly run location.
On a slightly positive note though, my nephew really likes their crazy bread! I may be back, because the little guy's smile negates most of the bad experience from the...
Read moreThis is definitely the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve been too. Every time I come, there’s ALWAYS something.
Today is the first time I’ve actually spent as much time because I ordered a pizza before I came and they made it completely wrong. It’s actually pretty dirty and there’s NO WAY their score in 100.
The last time I came here I again, ordered a pizza over the phone. When I arrived, the pizza wasn’t even made. Not even a hot & ready. No pizzas. Terrible. And they didn’t even apologize. When asked no one knew who took the order over the phone. There were only 3 people there. COME on!!! I just left.
The first time I came here I saw them making my pizza WITHOUT gloves. I would’ve been okay with that had they washed their hands beforehand. No. They had just came from touching the register and handling the warmer handles. When I asked for someone else to make it over, that person also did not wash their hand before handling anything. I asked them if they just don’t wear gloves and they said no! WHAT?!?!
Back to today. There are 3 teens in the kitchen whom I’m not even sure are employed. They were in street clothes horse playing around. And here’s the kicker...a CHILD who can’t even talk screaming in the background.
Long story short...I’ll be going elsewhere from here on...
