McDonald's — Restaurant in Roswell

Ordered a large watermelon strawberry slushy. Charged for a medium at the pay window tried to explain but got pushed to the next window. Got to next window where I was informed they had no slushies. Asked why I was charged and was told the pay window clerk wasn't informed. I was offered another option which I accepted, and was told to go to a third window. There was nobody there, but I figured that a clerk would show up. After about 6 minutes I pulled around and went into the store. Spoke to manager on duty who informed me the option I ordered wasn't available but the window clerk didn't know that because she hadn't been told either. Manager eventually returned my money. Why was I left on terminal wait at a non operating station? Does anyone know what's going on in that store? Apparently there was/is no communication between employees and management. We usually stop by there in the AM because my wife likes the breakfast menu, and in the PM for slushies. Change "usually " to "never". Once burned twice learned. Stopped by today for lunch after a long drive from Albuquerque to Roswell and ordered some chicken sandwiches. After some time after eating them my husband and I have gotten terrible stomach aches, mine however worse. His sandwiches were requested to be plain, mine were normal with added cheese. I'm not sure if maybe it were the sauce or bad cheese that gave me the worst of it, but I ended up with food poisoning afterwards. I'm still suffering from it! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll just eat elsewhere or pack a lunch next time. Avoid the chicken sandwiches if you can, I don't know how everything else is, but avoid those like the plague unless you want your evening and night ruined with...

After several issues with missing or incorrect items, I’ve begun checking the bag before leaving the store. Recently ordered a green chile double cheeseburger and fries. I receive it and it’s incorrect, only one slice of cheese making this a McDouble. I ask them to correct this, they bring me another McDouble. When I explain to them what’s wrong, they tell me that’s how the double cheese burger is made and I would have to add an extra slice of cheese to get what I want.
