July 20, 2022 why is it at 5:45am in the morning there is only one person who will refuse to bust her butt back in forth from counter serving a customer to the window. If they are busy they don't even respond to the drive thru order, they will have you waiting without responding at all. When I drove to the window this person was helping a customer that early this location customers are allowed to walk in side. I'd say to Mmgt. I suspect your losing many customers because of staffing one person that early.
Had a major, major problem with a female employee April 3, 2020, it should not have been such a problem..wow..over coffee and sausage McMuffin. Why would I not know hot coffee when I drink it? I like to order every other day heading to dialysis I call work 6am-6:20am Weeks prior I used the drive through to place my order there was a latino lady at second window. Each time I ask for a Hot Coffee 6 cream 6 sugar and Sau-McMuf or Sau-McMuf with Egg..few times visiting this store no problems.Then for some reason I place the same order and the latino lady gave me warm coffee not hot..visits following I place the same order and the coffee had no cream and not enough sugar I remember how latino lady looked straight in my eyes when she gave me my order..very disappointing when your on the road and coffee is not hot..and or not made correctly.After that my visits were getting out of my car and walking inside. I told her the latino lady did not put cream in my coffee and how it was very frustrating driving half way to my destination drinking warm coffee this time with no cream. I saw her look at the latino lady and then continued to take my order and my cash. I did not tell her this was the reason I decided to get out and go inside.After that I walk in and the latino lady was no longer there and there was a white guy working the window. My order was okay but I specifically asked for “can you make sure the coffee is hot" when the order came it was not. Not wanting to give opinion about it I leave.Then the coronavirus really got serious and no one was allowed to sit inside....I asked if that was her child..she took my order and was friendly and explained to me that she did not want to leave her with other kids in the house.The following visit I walk in and black female server seemed agitated/upset and was no longer friendly seemed distance and did not want to speak got my order and left. After that she was not there and the latino lady appeared to be by herself I could tell she did not like being the only one there it seemed. She gave me the order and I left. March 23rd I walked in and there was a black male manager and a black male cook... my order was taken, fine except for the Sausage McMuffin it seems the guy making it pre-bakes the english muffin. When I got it muffin was hard and brittle...not soft hot and or warm trying to eat it.

Read moreI don't really eat at McDonald's, but I needed to cleanse my spirit. I went there and waited about fifteen minutes before I was recognized. Okay, I may not be Beyonce but I don't think I look that bad either. While waiting, someone walked in. He very nicely said that he ordered a double bot and got the wrong thing. The young man fixing the takeout orders yelled and asked what the problem was. The man was calm, but I didn't see why he felt it necessary to interfere. Someone else was handling the mistake. His disrespect did not end there. As he handed the Uber worker her order and she turned to leave, he said to one of his coworkers that Uber would hire any body off the street. No matter how disgusting they looked. She was even out the door and you could see she heard and was hurt by the comment. McDonald's need to really train their workers on human kindness. Every time I go to McDonald there is always some person working there with an attitude.
