Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Roswell

Like most fast food joints, this place isn't special. I've tried to like it over the years but when deciding if this place is a hit or miss, let's just say it's a huge miss.

I like boneless wings and I've never had a flavor that wasn't cloyingly sweet with sauce that's a tad viscous. Caribbean jerk should pack some heat. All I really tasted was sugar, or corn syrup.

My experience with their fries is also bad. In the past they've at least been halfway decent, tonight they were dry and tasteless - - not a good combination.

Top all of that off with a truly disgusting chocolate chip cookie and I'm motivated to write a poor review. The food was edible, it just wasn't good. Not tonight or in recent memory. I don't often choose Zaxby's and if I do it's because someone else wanted it and I go with it to avoid being...

I hate to leave negative reviews and rarely do especially when it comes to fast food, however I just left this Zaxby's (5-9-2022 @ 12:40pm) and the two women running the drive thru were pretty rude. First, I was interrupted with the price of my order before completing it and when I went to get my food I asked if there was buffalo sauce and ranch in the bag (since I was interrupted) then asked if I could get some ketchup and she rolled her eyes at me as she turned to get the ketchup. They were acting like there were a million people sitting in the drive thru (like Chick-fil-a) but I was literally the only person LOL. **Side note - I've always had great customer service with every Zaxbys I've been to. I’ve been coming to this Zaxby’s for a while and was disappointed today with the service in the drive thru. The woman taking the order in the drive thru had a bad attitude after she repeated the order wrong and was nicely retold the order. Then once at the drive thru where she proceeded to mess up the drink size, I politely said the drink size was wrong and she had a bad attitude while remaking the drink. It was extremely childish. I would’ve understood the attitude if I was acting like a Karen, but I wasn’t. I understand having bad days and not being friendly, but it was the complaining and attitude over the smallest thing.
