Wendy's — Restaurant in Roxbury Township

September 10th, 3:10 pm. I have eaten here before with no issues. I always check the remix machine to make sure they have dave cherry creme before ordering a soda. It looked like a toilet bowl after explosive diaherra. Orange syrup though, stained all over the place. Figured Id get a brownie batter shake or parfait, whatever it's called. After standing for 7 minutes lady with hair net and headphones barks at me that I have to use the ordering machine, which clearly says credit cards only. I said I don't have a credit card, I only have cash. She walked away then proceeded to help people behind me. After standing around like a fool who just got snapped at she looks at me with menacing stare and yells you gotta use mACHENE. Not machine, so although her English was lacking I didn't use that against her even though was being humiliated. I again said I only have cash. She gave me the death stare, let out a huge pffft sound, sound of extreme annoyance, and yelled you got a wait 5 minutes or more. I walked out after being made to look like a Pooh butt, somebodies punching bag. Forgot to mention the men's toilet was surrounded in leaking water like a moat. Instead of trying to pee from 6ft away like those pissing fountains I held it in. Sooo, I couldn't use your filthy drink machine, didn't wanna piss on your floor cuz toilet was surrounded with water, and didn't insult lady being rude to me even though her English was poor and her disposition is not suited to be helping customers. I couldve had a field day verbally berating this employee and store but I understand some people have bad days. I don't want anybody fired but after seeing shape of soda machine, bathroom, and bring publicly humiliated cuz I only have cash, maybe she needs a time out in corner, a strongly worded letter or a hug. It saddens me to be writing a complaint for one of my favorite places for eat. A couple minutes I go I visited the location at 301 State route 10, ledgewood, NJ, 07852 restaurant # 00004099. I went to the drive thru like usual and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a single I have done this many many times and she rang up a total of 10.75. I checked the board to see if the 2 for 5 was over and didn't saw the promo so I thought it was over when I finished up paying I checked online and the promo was there, I asked the host for the promo and she said I needed to "ask for it" which I never have done I asked her if she could do a refund or something for the case and she EXTREMELY rude said "cant do anything for you, you need to ask for the promos". I get that MAYBE she couldn't do something about it but the fact that she was extremely rude to me was baffling. Worst, sandwiches were cold, didn't had much toppings and were soggy. I'll attach the receipt with her name. Due this incident I'll never ever buy anything and you guys totally lost me as a loyal customer. I was at the drive thru yesterday 12/12 to place my order. The person taking my order didn't catch the 1st part of the order, just the item I needed customized.

Michelle, who I eventually found out is the supervisor, was the one who took my payment and handed me my food. It was incorrect. After I told her what I initially ordered, she immediately had an insolent demeanor. She then handed the rest of my order and rudely told me how I need to place my order next time. I simply just replied "I did". She proceeded to raise her voice at me and started pointing at me like I was some kind of animal while repeating how I should order my food next time.

I will be reporting her behavior to corporate. Absolutely NO one should be talked or treated the way she did to me. To call herself a supervisor is an embarrassment. I am in retail and deal with customers all day long, and have been in the food industry so I wholeheartedly understand the business and dealing with the public. However she clearly doesn't and should just stay away from dealing with...
