I decided to go to Five15 alone because I was originally supposed to go with my sister but she canceled on me last minute and Five15 was thankfully nice enough to let me move my ticket to another day (which ended up being last night).
When I got there, I went to my seat and I immediately felt uncomfortable because they sat me next to a whole group of people in the front. I’m not sure why they would seat a single person right next to a whole group of people, but I felt like an intruder to them. They acted like I didn’t exist which is fine, but I was literally seated so close to them and it was awkward as hell. My tiny table was practically touching their table, so it was like I was a random person in their section or something. I got there around 6:50 PM for the show at 7 PM and the show still hadn’t started by 7:10 PM. I felt so uncomfortable to the point where I got up and asked the bartender if I could move to the back because I saw a couple tables in the back that were smaller and it looked like other solo attendees were back there so that would’ve made me feel so much better. That employee told me that I had to talk to the manager, but the manager was running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to attend to everyone so there was no way I was going to get his attention. I decided to leave after waiting for a chance to talk to the manager & had a better experience dining solo at a nearby restaurant.
I have gone to Five15 a couple times in the past and always loved my experience there so I’m not sure what happened last night. I’m willing to go back again because the vibes are usually great but I wouldn’t go by myself and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else to go solo unless you’re someone that feels comfortable potentially sitting closely with a large...
Read moreWill not return, apparently I missed the food and was not accommodated AT ALL all that left was coffee and hot water. I tried to reschedule but was told I could not by the manager because I had rescheduled before. I have nothing against the gay community but paying $30 for coffee and hot water is not my idea of fun. I disputed this with my bank and was stuck with the charge. I can think of 30 other things to do with $30. THIS SUCKS!! You guys lost a customer for LIFE!
Actually I was a half hour late, and someone left a single funky losing bingo board on my table where I was placed in the nose bleed section. If you want to clap back be accurate and the drag Queen that was performing that day was not all that entertaining. For your information I supported this business in the past and had several guest to attend where I did have a great time last time. This time was terrible. In addition when you say how many times am I to be accommodated, I actually called in February and spoke to your manager prior to not showing up the first time, there is more to my life than this show and someone else could have definitely took my place so you tired it. Don’t worry about me coming back and I will not encourage anyone I know...
Read morePhew, there is so much amazing to unpack. First huge shout out to Reggie for helping me out in the booking process for a group of 18 individuals.
We had a bachelorette party planned and we were anticipating to attend the 7pm show however most of the tickets were booked up. I was able to speak with Reggie and purchase the last if the tickets available for the date we needed. However we had some changes in our party which required is to move the time from the 7pm show to the 10 pm show, which Reggie was more than happy to move our whole group as there were more than enough tickets available for that time slot.
The kindness and patience Reggie had with me throughout the booking process was top notch and I will forever be grateful for such a kind soul.
Sabin was the host the night we attended and she had a spectacular show. Sabin is by far one of my favorite performers. She has such quick witted humor you can't help but laugh with your jaw...
