What a treat to find Saroki's in Royal Oak. As a new customer, I needed asistance with planning a menu for a family gathering. Glen, one of the managers couldn't have been more helpful and patient with my questions and concerns, He not only explained my options but carefully went through the packaging process to assure me that the food would come out hot and properly packaged for pickup. True to his word, the chicken breasts and wings I purchased were prepared exactly the way I ordered them and were ready for me at exactly the time I had asked for. Glen checked the order before I came and followed it through until I picked it up. The chicken was tender, crispy the way I ordered it and enjoyed by the 21 guests at my home. It was not too heavily battered and was seasoned with such a little hint of spice. For wonderful food and excellent customer service, I would highly recomend Saroki's in Royal Oak for their delicious food and want to single out Glen for his service and concern in getting the order right the first time. Something that is a precious comodity this days. Management is lucky to have him I will return in great part, due to him. Thumbs up to this special Royal Oak...

Im a business owner my self I live a 1/2 mile up woodward, been in before for service, I had a bad experience, the menu board stated one price, asked the guy behind the counter how much smaller certain meal deal was and it was almost $5.00 more then the Menu Board Stated, so I asked if they had a hand menu, was told no, a cook behind the counter turned and told me that price is the best I can do, Basicly Take It or Leave It, it wasn't about money, I wanted dinner and to make sure I was getting the right "Meal Deal", but there sign boards did not reflect the proper stated items, I tried to explain it to the guy behind the counter, and then cook said what he stated, so I said thank you any how and left. I went down the street to "Chicken Shack" got my dinner. I'm in the service business my self, and Iv met the owner of Saroki's before (nice guys), (neither were present), Unfortunately I will never return to there business again, its a shame, it's a nice new business in my neighborhood. Hopefully they can correct certian issues...
