Worst service Iāve ever experienced. The girl working the front alone on Sunday 11/24/2024 (black) was the rudest girl Iāve ever come across in customer service. There was one guy in front of me who placed his order and left the store.
Afterwards, she just ignored me standing right there the whole time and proceeded to go back and start making his drink without acknowledging me whatsoever, no āIāll be right with youā or āgive me one second sirā no nothing, she clearly was doing it on purpose with a smirk on her face as I stood 2 feet from her. She obviously didnāt want to be working there (so just quit if you hate your job so much).
I stood there another 5 minutes like a sucker (10 minutes altogether with no acknowledgement of being a customer in an empty store), until I started to walk out. Only at that time did she say ācan I help youā because she knew exactly what she was doing, and the moment she actually turned and saw me leaving she said āokā with such a sarcastic tone.
So unprofessional and the most disgusting service Iāve ever come across. Stop hiring rude people like this with no manners and who hate their job so much that they treat paying...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in today and there was a customer interaction with the employee that left a bad taste in my mouth, for starters when I came in she was serving 2 customers before me, then after she finished with them I waited for a good 7 mins before she came back to assist me.
Then I went to sit down and drank she left to go to the back and a customer walks in, and she never acknowledges the new customer and stayed in the storage room, the customer got frustrated and left and then another one comes in, got frustrated and tried to get the employees attention from the storage room saying āHello! Customer here!ā
The customer then went behind the counter and even proceeded to walk to the storage room where the employee was, the two were in a heated argument the employee told him to leave and the customer said he is going to call the ācorporateā and the employee told him to leave.
It was a weird situation that made me think twice about coming back, I donāt think an employee should leave the register unintended for so...
