Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach

The owner franchise was extremely rude,unprofessional and do not care about his customer I was unprofessional of him to tell me that he was losing money because I was not satisfied with my custard.

I "Customer"ordered a Cheesecake flavored custard but did not like how it tasted so she told the employee, Krystianna, that she didn't like the flavor and could she get another one. The employee became angry and said that she couldn't get another one and that is why they offer samples so people can try stuff before purchasing it. The employee did replace the Cheesecake custard with a smaller portion of a different flavor. I "customer"questioned the size of the custard and the employee said that being as she had already eaten some of the first custard that she was only replacing what was left and wasn't going to give her a whole new custard.

I "customer"left the store and put the custard in the freezer and brought it back to the store the next day and spoke to the Owner of the store. The store owner was not responsive to her concerns and told her that he loses money every time someone wants a replacement for something that they ordered and didn't like.

I "customer" left the custard on the counter and left. This franchise really deserves a 0.

I can see why his customer are unhappy and he is losing money because he lacks customer service skills and his employees are just the same this man company is going down sir get it together before those doors close. Guys beware the worst...

Horrible experience. I love ritas but the girl who was working on 9/15 at around 7 pm was nothing but rude and nasty. Didn’t greet us when we walked in. Didn’t look at us or say two words to us till we had to say something. Had a snotty attitude taking our order and couldn’t get the order right. The ice and custard were messes in their containers floor was was sticky and dirty, and when asked to clean off the table for us she said “I just did” when it was covered in old custard. Never again.

I am from philly and so i love ritas. I came all the way up here from down town because the one in city place is closed right now. I have to say I just encountered the sloppiest and slowest ritas employee ever. His name was Philip. For some reason, he squeezes and crimps the quarts while filling with waterice, and then massages waterice 50 times in quart, walks away with quart to counter and pats quarts on counter making a splashy mess? Its as it was a kid on the beach with a cup of wet sand making castles? Its nerve recking watching and waiting forever.
