Went to this place and apparently the night shift is morons. The lobby was closed at 10:00 pm. We had two separate orders and get told by the idiot at the window that they don't do separate orders through the drive through and we need to order from the lobby. We didn't know the lobby was closed so naturally the doors are locked. We call the store and get told that since the lobby was closed they would do separate orders for us at the drive through. We go back through the drive through and again are told that they do not separate orders in the drive through. We told the ditzy *itch at the drive through about the phone call and she emphatically stated she wouldn't separate the orders in the drive through. Called the store again and the lady on the phone said she would take care of the order personally. We told her it was a big order because we were ordering for our kids and she then turns around and says that she will only do one order. This place is in a tourist town. If they can't do any better than this they need to rethink having a store...
Read more2/13/24 Well... for the last 5 years, I've eaten here pretty much daily and go through about 3 coffees every day. More than half the time, the burger is wrong, which would be fine if it was a flavor issue, but it's actually because of allergies. The coffee swirls and tastes like an offset fountain Sprite sometimes. I've gotten 2 like that since yesterday evening. I mean, it's McDonald's. This one has gone downhill the last couple of years. Order at your own risk.

2/15/24 They seem to have figured out what they were doing wrong with the iced coffees. I noticed this in another review and have to agree. The fries have been awfully half full for a while. This is usually the only meal I eat in a day so it would be nice to get a large fry and not just a large container with a small amount of them. Also, if I make more than 3 changes to any item in the app, the receipt is correct but the order is always wrong. That could be an app issue but I haven't noticed the problem at any...

Her response was just absurd. The female employee didn’t have a name tag. McDonald’s employees should have their name tags at all times. She has dark brown hair and wears light pink glasses. Has no sense of respect or customer service. So then I proceed to ask for our orders to go and before I can even finish my sentence the Manager Alejandra starts responding with an attitude. That’s when I asked if there was a problem and she starts talking back with an attitude that she doesn’t know what was going on and that she wasn’t aware of the situation.
