KFC — Restaurant in Russell Springs

So my better half had bought a coupon book from a KFC in another city, but they never told her it wasn't good until August 12th we went to the KFC in Russell springs and I presume it was one of the managers who is good enough to let us know that the coupons would not work until august, so we made our choice from the available menu and they gave us two complimentary drinks because of the confusion, this review is not based upon just the drinks and the understanding do restaurant was very clean the staff was very friendly, and made you feel like you were a wanted customer, the chicken we got was nice hot freshly made large enough pieces to say it's better than some other places that sell chicken the side dishes were fresh tasted good the biscuits look a little bit smaller than I remember but then again I'm getting older based upon my visit I would highly recommend this KFC I'm usually critical of places when I review if they suck but this location gets...

Came here with my family and ordered a tender family meal. Was told that they didnt have any tenders that they would have to drop some. We asked how long it would be and was told 5-6 minutes. Which was ok. 19 minutes later my wife goes in and the food is ready. Not sure why they told us 5-6 minutes. Does the workers not know how long it takes to cook the food they make everyday? Lee's will have my business from now on. Update- got home and our order of fries were missing. Called the restaurant before leaving the house, worker answered and told me to hold for a minute. It was drive through service at this location is always lacking. Have been here 5 times ⏲️ because it's close but most times I get home and something is missing from order but was charged for . I blame this on the manager because if you let your drive through window help play with their phone 📱 while serving the customer it a lack of paying attention to customer and that is why I will drive 20 miles to a different KFC 🍗 personally I wouldn't go to KFC but a sick family member wants to order it . I find it to be over priced for the quality of the product and the lack of attention when orders...
