Arby's — Restaurant in Russell

This Arby’s restaurant located in Russell, KY is absolutely awful and honestly very lazy. I always go to the Arby’s on Winchester Ave. now instead because I know how it goes at this place. If you try to order things within around 2 hours of closing, they constantly say “they’re out of that” or they don’t have stuff to make more. There is one employee who was helpful at one of our visits. An older, very skinny female. Other than that, they’ve been downright rude and make you feel as if you’re bothering them by coming to this restaurant to order food. Our family spends a lot of money at this specific restaurant so I suggest anyone wanting Arby’s foods avoids this place completely and goes to the Arby’s restaurant on Winchester Ave in downtown Ashland as it’s not far from this one at all. me and my fiancé came through the drive thru at the arbys in russell beside golden corral, we ordered $30 worth of food and our 2 $10 sandwiches were both wrong, we called to see if they would replace the order and they did not answer the phone 5 different times and they wasn’t even busy when we were there. they had plenty of time to make our food we was in no rush what so ever.. very unsatisfied with the arby’s at this location!!! if i could give this review zero stars i would but it...
