Arby's — Restaurant in Russellville

Went to drive thru after 10pm and had $42 order. The young lady taking our order was so sweet and repeated the order and asked if we wanted sauces. She was extremely sweet at the window as well. We ordered Jamocha shakes which the manager topped with a generous serving of whipped cream then added chocolate drizzle. They were nice enough to feature in commercials! They got our entire order bagged up and sent us on our way thanking us for coming by, wishing us a good night, and asking us to please return. (We were staying at a nearby hotel, we are from Oklahoma) when we got back to our room we were pleasantly surprised to see our entire order. Nothing was missing!! All food was hot & fresh and lots of condiment packets and even plenty of napkins! Best experience and food I've ever had at any Arby's. We stopped there on our way back of children's hospital. we were all very hungry we placed our order and in a few minutes we all had our very freshly cooked curly fries and big roast beef sandwiches and a very warm apple turnover waiting for me to finish my meal. My little granddaughter had a wonderful chocolate cookie that was warm and she got to eat it right a way it looked so good she was licking it off of her little fingers and then she ate a ham and swiss slider just perfectly for her little hands. It was a great peaceful meal my husband and I with our young Son and his baby girl and my wonderful daughter in law. We really love our food and thank you arby's for a fresh hot meal! We appreciate this clean facility and friendly staff. Great stop when traveling I-40 through Russellville. Update May, 2023: The above sentence was from five months ago. I'm sorry to lower my rating of this Arby's from 5 to 2, but it didn't seem like the same store on this visit. Food was alright (even though the meat was cool) but the staff friendliness was lacking. I emailed the Arby's website about this but never received a response or confirmation that it was received. Customers shouldn't feel belittled by employees. I watched the family who ordered ahead of me experience this and then felt it myself. When someone is having trouble ordering, give a little help rather than impatience.
