Johnny's Ice Cream & Deli — Restaurant in Russellville

I ordered a chicken salad and got home to no chicken with the salad. Because I live quite a way out of town and already waiting 25 minutes for the order in the first place I called thinking they would probably give me a replacement salad which they refused to do and was rude about it. The manager the next day said the only thing they would do is have me buy and pay for another salad that they would then put extra chicken on it. I already paid for what I should’ve got. On the second item which was a tuna club there was barely any tuna and no cheese or anything else that should’ve been on it. I didn’t ask for a replacement sandwich though I definitely should’ve gotten one. I only wanted the salad I paid for.If I could post a picture of it I would.Instead of making it right they chose to lose a customer and we have frequently visited their restaurant. That’s not how you treat customers or how do business. More competent help or fix the mistakes!That’s not too much to ask when you pay your hard earned money...

Johnny's has the best baked potato in the River Valley! You can make an entire meal out of one of those things and then some. Get one loaded with toppings and you won't be disappointed or hungry, because they're huge. Great frozen custard concretes as well. The shortcake sundae is incredible, has choices in toppings, and is hard to finish in one sitting. Which is fine with me, just means I'll be having ice cream with the rest of my potato for lunch the next day 😄. Frankly, I love Dairy Queens Blizzards, but the last time we went we got the minis-and were charged $5 each (not counting tax) for 7 bites of ice cream each! We paid less and got more at Johnny's. Got a Reuben sandwich that looked like it was made by a 5yo, the meat(what little was there) tasted rank and the bread was mush on the inside. I took it back to get a refund, the manager refused although she didn't tell me that herself, she made the girl at the front tell me. Why would I want another sandwich with bad meat on it?
