If I could give 10 stars for service I would. Tonight is an example of why. We arrived around 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening and I'd really been wanting to have chicken parmigiana. Most tables were occupied and it turned out that a group of tables set together was reserved for a large party. Staff said, we can pull out another table. We stepped outside and she came out and said, we have a table. And they did. They'd pulled the table and chairs out and dressed the table and set it up for us. Service beyond. As for the food, oh my gosh, it is the best! My chicken parmigiana meal came with 2 chicken breasts, plenty of cheese, pasta with Anthony's delicious sauce, lightly steamed veggies, and I selected a salad. My friend selected a pizza with some pepperoni after hearing from my neighbor that the pizza is very good. Not only was the food delicious and fresh, but there was a lot of it. Quality AND value AND service is nearly impossible to find at any business but Anthony's offers all 3. It's a busy little restaurant with lots of take out orders but my preference is always to eat in the restaurant because eating out, for me, is a treat. If you've not tried Anthony's Italian...
Read moregot REALLY sick off their Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and Cesar salad. i was up all night with stomach pain, throwing up, and had bad diarrhea. sorry to be so blunt about it but it was bad and went all the way through the night and morning.
it may have been the cesar dressing because my wife said she had it last time and she had diarrhea afterwards but not throwing up like me.
the food wasn't even that great and i only had a few bites of the salad which was too strong and the pasta had no taste, bland.
I'm very lucky my 2yr old was being fussy and didn't want any of it because we got him the same thing i was eating and that would of been very very bad. would of had to take him to the emergency room if he went through what i did. thank god that didn't happen because we would have shut this place down if it did!
this place is not worth the bathroom time after you eat it, pass on it
hope this review saves people from having the...
Read moreThis was the most flavorless meal I've ever had besides hospital food. The Chicken Marsala had no wine flavor in the sauce and there were no capers. It really just tasted like barely salted water. The Chicken Anthony wasn't any better. For something I thought would be a signature dish, it was an extreme disappointment. Where is the flavor? The garlic bread was nothing impressive either, and even the vegetables tasted like they were not fresh. I do have to say that the lady taking orders was very pleasant and sweet. We don't fault her at all. When my husband told her how bad our meal was, she mentioned the boss was not there. I would have to assume this means that when there's no "boss" on the premises, the cooking staff doesn't give a damn about the quality of what they are putting out. We'll never return here and advise others to go elsewhere, too. If I could have given zero stars,...
