^ IM ONLY GIVING SERVICE 5⭐️'S TO ONLY ONE OF THEE EMPLOYEE'S HIS NAME IS KURT ^ ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT WERE WORKING TODAY JULY 13TH 2025 GET HALF OF A ⭐. I saw atleast 5 employees workers at this place seems like there's only one person doing the prizes and also multi tasking on the register. He was really Nice his name was Kurt. and I saw other employees peeking their head out behind the door the same person did this 3x saw how Kurt had a line at the prizes and Also I was waiting at the register to be served. I dont know why Nobody came to help out Kurt out while he was attending Customers at the Prizes and laso had Customers waiting to order as well. that was just rude. also My 4yr was on the trampoline jumping when this other kid who was also jumping was bullying my child put hands on him 3x the 2nd time I went to look for his mother and found her and told her to talk to her son about keeping his hands to himself and that her son hit my son twice. after 10 mins that mother and child went back in the trampoline where my son was jumping that's when the mother started arguing with me saying I told her son to get out I never said anything like that to her child. As the mother was arguing with me her son then again for the 3rd time Hit my son in the face. my son called out to me crying with his hand on his face and said "mommy he hit me". did tell him to keep his hands to himself and to stay away from my son. When her son hit my son for the 3rd time I then got upset and told her to keep her son away from My child. we both had words and she started calling me the "B word" I also exchanged words towards her as well. I then walked away to descalate the situation and went to the register to look for a manager or the person in charge to come to my findings that it was non other then Kurt that Helpful employee that was doing all the work himself when my family and came in. I then told him what had happened with the kid hitting my son. and told him about the mother and I arguing back and forth. he then went to the trampoline and stood there watching wat was going on. The Mother had Not said anything at all while Kurt was there. As her kid was climbing up the slide (THATS NOT ALLOWED) My son was about to slide down the slide and accidentally hit the kid and the mother yelled at me and said my son hit her kid. if her son wasnt doing what he wasn't supposed to be doing like climbing the slide he wouldn't...

0 STARS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. As i can see im not the only one that has a complaint with this location! I want to bring it to the franchisees attention AND marketing team that this lady you have representing your business “JULIE” BEING THE MANAGER, IS NOT FIT TO MANAGE ANYTHING. She will literally stand there with her arms crossed instead of trying to solve the complaint i came in today 5/30/2019 with a 24.99 coupon which included a 1 topping pizza and after looking at my receipt i was charged for my one topping(pepperoni) so i approached this situation very politely for clarification and reimbursement SHE GOES STARIGHT TO SAY “ OH I DONT MAKE THE COUPONS CALL CORPORATE “ what kind of management experience have you really had Julie????

NONE, because she completely brushed us off and said “thats just how its charged” while looking at her employee and register. IF “THATS JUST HOW ITS CHARGED” THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO “JUST MODIFY” THEIR REGISTER FOR AN OPTION TO SUBTRACT the amount being charged Its NOT HARD AT ALL.

Also, her employee goes to say “its only 1.99” most people dont complain........ WOW

please get some people with experience in customer service in here BECAUSE THAT RESPONSE OR COMMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE you do NOT talk to customers that way, if it was .05 cents or .50 cents who cares!!! i would still bring it to your attention! Why?

I used to be afraid of the purple monster! There was a room. Square. Dark. Menacing. Suddenly a flash, strobe light... Movements are different. I thought I was alone in here but now I see...things! Is that purple fur? The purple monster is in here with me and it's extremely frightening. I close my eyes and tell myself it will all be over soon. Strange sounds or music. I feel the purple monster grasp at my arm but I wrangle loose and dart twords the bright exit. Back to the familiar rat and arcade scene is where I find myself. A disapproving glance back at the Purple monster room of horrors and then I eat some pizza. The pizza is really good. Possibly, the puppets and rat and generous ticket to prize redemption system add to the overall mellow and if you don't like rats don't worry they only have fake ones here! Plus the occasional "snitch" type people hang out here kinda like free parking in Monopoly. Nobody knows why it's there.
