McDonald's — Restaurant in Sacramento

I have been coming here since I was like 16 years old and I'm 40 now and I don't recall any issues coming from this place other than a long line.- (For this reason I bumped up to 3 stars) Until now. Not cool. When I first pulled up I asked if they were open. The male voice said, "yes" and the female voice said, "no". I replied, "I just want to get a coffee". Ended up the coffee machine supposed to be "clogged" to make the caramel mocha coffee this is on 12th of April at 12:40 a.m. on Sunday. He told me how all they had was Black Coffee with creamer and sugar. I asked him if there was a syrup or something that he could squirt in it and he said no only creamer and sugar. I asked for A LOT of creamer n sugar. (They gave me a lot) One issue with that is that all the packets of sugar were like partially wet **😳? Thank God I was pulled over to dump all my sugar and creamer into my cup because my cup was NOT HOT coffee at all. So I called them on the phone and I told them I was just there she said come through back through the line which there was nobody in line at the time either. So I pulled up to the second window it's a totally different person helping me this time. I see her getting the coffee out of a machine not coffee pot and as she's doing that I see the male & the previous female look at her and the male said something. She instantly took the cup out of the machine and filled rest of the cup up with coffee (from the pot) then told me to cream and sugar was in it. I really feel like they did something to my coffee the first time around and they didn't want to get caught in a lie the second...

I can say out of all the McDonald's that I've been to this one has the best fries.Not overly hard and not too soft and just a right amount of salt and I've been to a lot of McDonald's. Their burgers was also one of the cheesiest cheeseburgers that I ever have tasted I'm just saying I don't know if they are having a good day or splendid day a miraculous day but the food was good. Words could not explain how good the food was that day they were definitely having a good day and I was blessed to be in that McDonald's that day cuz I was having a bad day and asked for anything that I was going to eat on was going to taste bad. Instead of I got some good food like they knew I was having a bad day and they decided we going to make her food extra special.Their soda the Coke to be more precise was Chris if y'all ain't had a fresh soda that's what it was fresh from the ice to the cup to the drink. The soda machine must have been cleaned out the ice machine must have been cleaned out because I was not expecting my drink to be that good I was not usually the sodas at the McDonald's be tasting watered down or like there's something wrong with it like a little bitterness or sourness but that day must have been Crisp or they went to another store and they just poured the soda from the bottle into the cup I don't know what they did to the soda machine that day that was a good day. I always come and order my Iced caramel latte from McDonald’s and somehow they act like I don’t know that the drink does come with whip cream. Every time I go there I would tell them that I want whip cream. The Manager lady name, Isabel was quick to answer and just not be any apologetic And said that she already talked to that lady and she said that I didn’t order it. What kind of profession is that? The fact that our McDonald’s before we both know that customer always come first. Besides the point from the whipped cream, I took my daughter to a dental appointment coming home with the food. There was no hash brown, and I had called them and they constantly answer and hang up the phone. I had to keep calling then then they turned off or blocked my phone number, so I had to get the phone from the website instead. The fact that the manager was quick to Blame me when they’re employers were the one having problems with either the headset or taking my order. The car behind us were honking like it was our fault. You guys could be making a lot of money from being in the corner of Arden, but the employees there and the managers there aren’t really good at handling customer with care. The fact that I work at McDonald’s for 5years experience manger. I could definitely make more money by speeding up the line and making sure everything is in the bag.
