The food is delicious, but the customer service is terrible if they make a mistake. My usual order is always asked for WITHOUT bacon, this is the second time the order was processed WITH bacon. Also, the cheesy sticks didn’t have cheese, so I called. The woman on the phone said to bring everything back and they’ll have it remade for me in 20 minutes. I wait the 20 minutes, bring everything back only to discover someone else has decided that the products need to be seen first before replacing. I explained, again, the issue and what I was told. They said it would be 20 minutes for a new one to be made, so I asked for a refund. I let him know if he was the one making the decisions, it should have been him I spoke to on the phone, or a courtesy call could have been made to inform me. The entire time I’m respectful, yet receiving disrespect because I had expectations based on what was told. The young man at the register was rude and tried to prove me wrong. I don’t need to argue over a mistake made on their part. I kindly asked for a refund, to which it was insisted I wait for the new products that will only take 5/6 minutes. 15 minutes later, new product. Read moreA few months back, I went with my boyfriend to enjoy their buffet they have weekdays. We ordered wings to go with it and requested they be crispy. The wings were not cooked to our liking and bland, so I respectfully sent them back. The cashier told me it was my fault that I didn't like them and refused a refund. I asked him to call the owner. He refused and told me to wait for him to return. He said it his uncle was the owner. Finally, he called him, and the owner directed him to give the refund. But it doesn't stop there. My boyfriend forgot his wallet there. So we called later that day, and the same cashier told us they didn't have it. We talked again maybe a week later and was told by the same individual it was not there. Another week or two goes by and my boyfriend wanted to go back and ask one more time. There was a young lady there and she gave me his wallet.
It was with held from us for over 3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend this place to a soul. Very petty, unprofessional, and completely lacks...
Read moreWalked over from the nearby hotel for a bite. Ordered a medium 3 topping pizza and a drink. Price came to $26 which I thought was a bit high but willing to give it a try. The wait time was a little long but there was a big group dining in so again I gave it a try. My pizza came and I walked back to the hotel only to find it was completely wrong pizza with the only no-go ingredient for me, black olives. And dry chicken. So the wrong pizza for $26 was worth walking back and getting a refund. But I didn’t want to wait for another pizza. When I got the refund there was an older gentleman still waiting for his pizza who order right after me the first time.
