There was a Few particular individuals I truly would like to recognize for outstanding service, the Carl's Jr. Way. That keeps me coming back. Vahanna, for front service cashiering and accurate order taking. Greeting customers making us feel welcome and not ignored. Sandra, for delicious mouth watering burgers and chicken tenders that are actually tender. Not to forget fries that actually taste good. Roshika, for running and maintaining a smooth team participated task to ensure the expectations of me, as a customer, definitely coming back! I am a Vegetarian. My daughter told me about the Beyond Meat Burger and I tried it. It's delicious! Not very often do I find something that I can eat and like from a fast food restaurant. That was destroyed today! I opened my supposed meatless burger and started eating. It tasted different and the texture seemed off. I asked my friend to taste it and he thought it was fine. He eats meat. I thought maybe it's just me, so I continued to eat. Then I bit into a piece of meat gristle. Oh yuk! My stomach is now extremely upset! .Currently left here with soaked shoes and a soaked car carpet. The lady n the drive thru decided only to use one cup carrier for 4 drinks. A large at that. Then she had the nerve to really use the same effing cup I didnt realize due to fixating on the soda soaking into my carpet because Mercedes wanted to continue taking orders even after realizing the accident she caused. She had used the exact same cup that just spilled all over my ground! She blatantly handed me a broken drink carrier with 4 drinks on it and instead of doubling up due to the heavy drinks she continued thinking her actions werent...
