Somisomi — Restaurant in Sacramento

I don’t know how I didn’t know this location was open already. I usually go to the one in Elk Grove. 😆 I will probably continue go to that location too, because I was not impressed with the Natomas location’s service or food. 😭 First of all, we were not at all greeted or acknowledged upon entering and waiting at the counter. Once we were able to order, we waited a good 10 minutes before we were called up to finish off our toppings and garnish. By now, a lot of people were entering, none of them being greeted and just having to wait around to place their order. We got our toppings and garnish and left. This location is half the size of the Elk Grove location and not as inviting or feeling of comfort to eat inside. We ordered an ube upside down ahboong with Taro filling and it was absolutely delicious. Just yum. We also ordered a cookies and cream upside down ahboong with custard filling and it would have been good too. My girlfriend and I got to the store around 8:10pm on Oct 22nd. The girl with round glasses and hella acne scars just walked up to the register with an attitude not even greeting us and just stared at us. she gave us so much attitude for no reason. There were people who didn’t look like employees leaving the store from the kitchen and she said “goodbye” to them with a huge smile then immediately looked at my girlfriend and I with such a smug look. Afterwards she proceeded to poor the soft serve and handed it to her co worker to finish it off then proceeded to skip to the kitchen. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! Seems like this establishment doesn’t care about BASIC...

Went into Somi Somi on 11/14/21 at 730pm with my family and the two female asian workers had the worst attitude towards my young neices and nephews when they were deciding their ice cream flavor. They kept rolling their eyes and didnt even say hello to the kids when the kids were so excited upon entering. This is so disrespectful and embarrassing. We all kept our cool because the kids wanted to somi somi and I even tipped well with no thank you even after serving us. They both just went into the back room. I hope this gets seen and heard because that customer experience was horrible. I hope...
