About 20 minutes ago I ordered 4 slices of pepperoni and 2 ranch cups for takeout. I get home and there is no ranch in My order. I called and spoke with Lesley, who says she's a manager, and told her what the situation was. She asked if I would come back to pick them up, which I told her I'd have to check my transportation. I live in South Sacramento. I asked what is the other option and she said I can get them next time I put in an order. I asked if there would be any compensation for my time and gas money, as this is the 5th time they have forgotten my ranch. She repeated "I can give you a refund for the ranch or you can pick them up next time." I told her I paid in cash and she cuts me off and says "I don't know what to do.. I can have them for you next time." I told her that it's frustrating because of the time and gas and I don't live close, in addition to being a customer for over 10 years. She cuts me off, again, and repeats with an attitude "I don't know what to do.. there's no compensation.". I told her that's unacceptable for the same mistake to be done over and over again without any compensation. She cuts Me off AGAIN, and I ask her to not cut Me off. This doesn't sit well with her, as she cuts me off, AGAIN, and repeats "There's nothing that can be done!" At this point, I'm flabbergasted at the audacity of the service I am receiving, so I ask to talk to her boss. She barks "Call back this afternoon, that's my husband!". It's now 3p. I ask what's his name and she squeals "Ian!' and I ask about what time should I call and she cuts me off and yells "He's not here everyday! What's your name and number.. I'll have him call you!" By this time, I'm so disappointed in this interaction that I just go straight to my name and before I can finish the whole thing, she cuts me off and yells "Number!" I ask her to repeat my name to make sure she has it correctly and she yells "I have caller ID, I know your name!" I ask "then why're you asking for my information if you have it?" She snarks "number!" And I start to recite my phone number, but before I finished she HANGS UP ON ME. I am in disbelief in Lesley's actions and would like an explanation AND compensation for my inconvenience and being treated like a second class citizen. Also, this interaction is on my home camera, for evidence. Ian, if you see this, please get back to me ASAP. I'd really appreciate...
Read moreAs soon as I was greeted by the employee at the register with such warmth and happiness that was making me feel all warm inside, I should have run for the hills. I am almost certain it was the manager lady at the register, but being stubborn as I am, I wanted some crappy, cold, soggy pizza so I stayed.
Not too long after I placed my order, my order was already ready. Who on gods green earth does that. I will tell you who. Attentive hard working employees. What is wrong with these people. Would it be so hard to let the order sit for a while and let the food get cold.
Now on to the Pizza. I am so upset right now. The freaking pizza was incredible and tasted so good that I actually had to let it get cold and soggy because it was causing me to get in a better mood.
For the love of God, I am not asking for much but for people to just be more lazy, make bad pizza and not be so happy all the time. This is so unbelievable. I am blaming every single employee that was there for this. It is your fault. I don't know how you're going to deal with this but you have forced my hand now and I have to give...
Read moreThe location is truly a hidden gem! It was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the inviting atmosphere. I wholeheartedly enjoy supporting restaurants run by members of the BIPOC community, as it adds depth to the dining experience. The environment here was serene and warm, with friendly faces all around. I particularly loved the historical photographs adorning the walls, each telling a story of the past, and the unique view of the lady skillfully crafting pizza slices in the open kitchen.
We decided to try a slice of pepperoni pizza, eager to indulge in the local delicacies on our inaugural visit. The cashier greeted us with a cheerful smile, patiently explaining the menu offerings. When we finally received our slice, I was amazed by its generous size. I shared it with my spouse, and we both agreed it was simply superb. The crust was wonderfully thin and crispy around the edges, providing the perfect crunch. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning for more delicious slices...
