To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to share my appreciation and recognition for the outstanding service I consistently receive at the Einstein Bros. Bagels location on McMullen Booth Road. This store has truly set the bar high when it comes to not only great food and drinks but also exceptional customer service and community spirit.
First and foremost, I want to commend the manager, Manley, for his incredible leadership. Manley runs the store with a sense of pride, professionalism, and genuine care for both customers and his team. He strikes a perfect balance of being approachable and efficient, creating a positive environment where both staff and guests feel respected and valued. His strong presence, reliability, and calm demeanor even during the busiest rushes reflect a level of management that goes above and beyond the standard. It’s clear that his team works well under his guidance, and it’s no surprise why the location is so well-run.
I’d also like to give special recognition to China and Zoe, who are absolute standouts every time I visit. China brings such warmth and positivity to every interaction. She remembers regular customers, makes everyone feel welcome, and never fails to serve with a smile. Her energy is contagious, and she always goes the extra mile to ensure orders are correct and customers are happy. She is a true customer service professional.
Zoe, too, is an essential part of what makes this location feel special. She is efficient, kind, and composed no matter how busy the store gets. Her attention to detail and ability to multitask while staying upbeat make a real difference. She treats every customer like they matter and ensures the line keeps moving without sacrificing quality or courtesy.
Between Manley’s outstanding leadership and the consistently excellent service from China, Zoe, and the rest of the staff, this Einstein Bros. Bagels has become a favorite stop of mine not just for the food, but for the people. They turn a quick breakfast run into something much more meaningful, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
Please extend my sincere thanks to Manley, China, Zoe, and the entire team at McMullen Booth Road. They deserve every bit of recognition for the amazing work...
Read moreLove this place. Especially when there are pretzel bagels available. Every time I go, I dream of how good my bacon egg and cheese on a pretzel bagel is going to be. On the way to pick up my delicious breakfast people are waving to me, birds are chirping, sun is shining, everyone is happy, I catch all the green lights on the way, etc. Life is amazing. When I walk in, the staff greets me with with smiles, we crack jokes. Eventually I order my beloved bacon, egg and cheese on a pretzel bagel. The staff then informs me they are out of pretzel bagels, I look at the bagel selection and I can't believe my eyes, they weren't joking around. There are no more pretzel bagels. I settle for an everything bagel. As I'm waiting for my food, a rain cloud covers the sun and without warning, a torrential downpour falls out of the sky. I collect my bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and exit the store. I step outside and I'm immediately greeted by a wall of water produced by a passing vehicle. I run to my truck only to slip and fall directly into a puddle, my food is still dry, so I get up and continue to my truck. On the way home I catch every red light, people are flipping me the bird, and my truck breaks down in the middle of a busy intersection. My whole world is flipped all because they didn't have my pretzel bagel. For the love of god, please stop running out of pretzel bagels. Although the events i just said are completely false, my point remains the same. You know pretzel bagels are delicious and everyone loves them. Do us all a favor and start putting them in the big...
Read moreI used to visit this location frequently and loved it the staff was on their game. I can’t say that anymore. I visited this location yesterday at 1:00 and when I walked in they barely had any bagels left and the display of cookies muffins was completely empty. I went up to order anyways and asked for a bacon egg and cheese the cashier said we have no bacon and I asked when it would be ready and he pretty much said they were not making anymore. So I told him they really need to plan better and I went to the Einstein’s in Palm Harbor on US19 and that place was well stocked with bagels and muffins. I’m not sure what is going on there at the Safety Harbor location but management needs to step it up and get it together because your not the great bagel place I’ve been coming to the past three years anymore and I will no longer ever stop...
