If you check my reviews I donāt ever complain. But yesterday was the worst experience at a fast food restaurant I ever had. Iām sure this wonāt be looked at by management but maybe itāll help prevent someone from having a similar experience. Amanda presented herself as someone who does not want to work for the company or with customers. No greeting the customers no eye contact. Bad but not horrible. When it was asked by my friend if we can have a cup of ice she was immediately stand offish. It was understood that we would have to pay for the cup. However she followed up with āIām sorry that Subway does not meet up with your standardsā Also noting that there are plenty of other subways to go to. My friend skips other subways and always went to this one. After asking for Amandaās name she then said āyou can complain to the manager I really donāt care, this company sucksā. I was trying to explain that we were going to speak on your behalf that we have to pay for the cups because when she goes they offer the cup of ice due to them knowing her order. Please do everyone a favor and leave the company and customer service industry or be relieved from the company. Iām an Uber eats/doordash driver. I came in today to pick an order up. There was an issue with it so I cancelled it. Before I left, I got hit with a second order from this subway. Grabbed it, chatted with the employee briefly, said have a nice night and headed to my car.
As I am about to drive away, that shame employee starts running out, so I put my passenger window down, thinking maybe I forgot something with this personās orderā¦
He literally comes up to my car, climbs halfway in, like his whole upper body is through my passenger window with zero warning, and starts grabbing at the order to check it, and when he is finished, he proceeds to tell me that he got āgotā last week and needed to make sure I wasnāt stealing.
First of all, if I was stealing, do you think I would have stopped to chitchat when I saw you running out? secondly, Who in their freaking mind thinks itās OK to climb halfway into somebodyās car Even with warning!

Never an issue until this year. Times & employees have changed. The worst issues occured in July 2022. I ordered 2 pickup orders after 7pm in July 2022 two weeks apart. Neither order was right. The names were mixed up on the receipts & I got someone else's order & vice-versa the first time. I didn't realize this until I unwrapped it at work an hour later.
The second order was supposed to be 1 footlong & one 6". I got two 6" subs & only 1 was correct. I'm not sure I can continue to order pickup from a place that twice in a row in 2 weeks time can't get my pickup order right.
