The food is always tasty—no surprises there! But let’s be honest, Taco Bell isn’t exactly a health food spot, which is why I’m giving it four stars overall (also hoping my wife doesn’t find out I sneaked in a Taco Lunch).

The service was a mixed bag. The employee was great—friendly and eager to help—but I can’t give more than three stars for service due to a frustrating ordering process. I had to wait several minutes while two customers struggled with the only two self-order kiosks. Meanwhile, the employee could only stand there apologetically because store policy prevented her from taking orders at the main register. A sign confirmed this rule, which, frankly, makes no sense. That register could have been used as a third ordering station, reducing wait times for both customers and staff. Instead, we just stood there awkwardly, twiddling our thumbs.

As for the atmosphere, I would have rated it higher, but the inefficient management decision made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. It wasn’t a busy line issue—just a poor process. Hopefully, they rethink this policy to improve efficiency...

Wow, this place is right by my house and I stop by for a quick bite to eat every once in a while. Generally speaking I haven't had a positive or negative remark for them. They are a general run of the mill fast food restaurant... However, I went through the drive through today, and experienced a very long wait (17min while I drive right up to the order screen). When I got up to the teller, I asked if there was a particular reason for the long wait, and they told me it was always a long wait at this time (7:30pm on a Saturday, with again driving right up to the order intercom). No apologies for a 15+min wait. Just a matter of fact statement that there were only a few people in the store and the wait was what it was. I feel as if though they could have been a bit more contrite and explained the situation, but they were condescending and unapologetic. I suggest you head to then McDonald's right next door for your fast food necessities, as I'll be doing. Oh, and one of the two items was cold! Every time I drive by now, I notice there's ALWAYS a long wait, not because they're good, because...

I’m honestly struggling to put into words how emotionally torn and disappointed I am by Taco Bell’s decision to discontinue their breakfast menu, specifically the Breakfast Crunchwrap. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and that Crunchwrap was my go-to, the highlight of my mornings. There’s something so comforting about that perfect combination of scrambled eggs, sausage, crispy hashbrowns, warm cheese, and the soft, toasted tortilla—it was a masterpiece.

I’ve tried other breakfast items in the past, but nothing compared to that unique blend of flavors and textures that made the Breakfast Crunchwrap so special. It was the kind of breakfast that could turn any rough morning around, and now, with it gone, I feel like a part of my daily routine has been ripped away.

I understand that businesses have to make changes, but this one truly feels like a betrayal. It’s hard to overstate how much this item meant to me, and I know I’m not alone in my disappointment. Taco Bell, if you’re listening, please bring the Breakfast Crunchwrap back. The mornings just aren’t the...

LOCATION GOT MOBILE ORDER WRONG (DOUBLE CHECK IT'S ACCURATE) The 1 item I specifically went to Taco Bell for, they replaced with a different incorrect item (that I did not order at all). Checked upon pickup and did notice the correct amount of items (even the exact hotsauce and ammount). [WARNING ⚠️❗️]... Did not read wrapping on items. Quick glance looks good 👍. Get home open taco bell goodness... NO CHEESY GORDITA CRUNCH!!! 🤬Tried calling to let them know; "Hey you (bleep'ed up my order). No answer... Side note: To go order was placed on a tray, not in a bag. Asked staff can I get a bag? Dismal performance. Guess that's Inland Clearwater Taco Bell on a Tuesday @12pm. Drive thru looked busy. Parking is not the best. 2 stars!! 👎 Order was: Build your own Box *0 Cheesy Gordita Crunch *1 5 layer beefy cheesy burrito (Foil was seperate item: Cantina Chicken Taco) Cheesy Gordita Crunches' don't have tomatoes...

I must admit I have a deep attachment to Taco Bell from my youth. A TB was opened a few minutes from my childhood home and a welcome respite from burgers. One Father’s Day my son said the kids always took Mom out for Mother’s Day, so the kids wanted to take me out, anywhere I wanted. Steak, seafood, etc. I picked Taco Bell! This TB is the closest now and would have been a monthly stop after church, a block away. But with a number of jobs infilled they were only open at takeout window. And tacos they sit for a 15 minute drive aren’t the best. But recently they reopened under new management, new staffing and inside dining. So we made the trip after church, my wife, our daughter, granddaughter and myself. Now I joke about my wife sticking mostly with familiar foods but I am pretty set on Tacos at the Bell. Service was quick, food was great. It will now be a regular after-church stop.
