The food is always tastyâno surprises there! But letâs be honest, Taco Bell isnât exactly a health food spot, which is why Iâm giving it four stars overall (also hoping my wife doesnât find out I sneaked in a Taco Lunch).
The service was a mixed bag. The employee was greatâfriendly and eager to helpâbut I canât give more than three stars for service due to a frustrating ordering process. I had to wait several minutes while two customers struggled with the only two self-order kiosks. Meanwhile, the employee could only stand there apologetically because store policy prevented her from taking orders at the main register. A sign confirmed this rule, which, frankly, makes no sense. That register could have been used as a third ordering station, reducing wait times for both customers and staff. Instead, we just stood there awkwardly, twiddling our thumbs.
As for the atmosphere, I would have rated it higher, but the inefficient management decision made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. It wasnât a busy line issueâjust a poor process. Hopefully, they rethink this policy to improve efficiency...
Read moreWow, this place is right by my house and I stop by for a quick bite to eat every once in a while. Generally speaking I haven't had a positive or negative remark for them. They are a general run of the mill fast food restaurant... However, I went through the drive through today, and experienced a very long wait (17min while I drive right up to the order screen). When I got up to the teller, I asked if there was a particular reason for the long wait, and they told me it was always a long wait at this time (7:30pm on a Saturday, with again driving right up to the order intercom). No apologies for a 15+min wait. Just a matter of fact statement that there were only a few people in the store and the wait was what it was. I feel as if though they could have been a bit more contrite and explained the situation, but they were condescending and unapologetic. I suggest you head to then McDonald's right next door for your fast food necessities, as I'll be doing. Oh, and one of the two items was cold! Every time I drive by now, I notice there's ALWAYS a long wait, not because they're good, because...
Read moreIâm honestly struggling to put into words how emotionally torn and disappointed I am by Taco Bellâs decision to discontinue their breakfast menu, specifically the Breakfast Crunchwrap. Iâve been a loyal customer for years, and that Crunchwrap was my go-to, the highlight of my mornings. Thereâs something so comforting about that perfect combination of scrambled eggs, sausage, crispy hashbrowns, warm cheese, and the soft, toasted tortillaâit was a masterpiece.
Iâve tried other breakfast items in the past, but nothing compared to that unique blend of flavors and textures that made the Breakfast Crunchwrap so special. It was the kind of breakfast that could turn any rough morning around, and now, with it gone, I feel like a part of my daily routine has been ripped away.
I understand that businesses have to make changes, but this one truly feels like a betrayal. Itâs hard to overstate how much this item meant to me, and I know Iâm not alone in my disappointment. Taco Bell, if youâre listening, please bring the Breakfast Crunchwrap back. The mornings just arenât the...
